USCIS mailed a photo album that’s not mine.
in Removing Conditions on Residency General Discussion
Posted
Hi I sent my I-751 form and all evidence last September 23. Yesterday, I received a mail from USCIS containing a letter and photo album. The letter has my name and address on; it says “we are returning an item(s) in support of your application/petition as it is a format we cannot place in your file folder for review by an officer during the adjudication process”. The problem is the photo album is not mine. I’m worried 😩 and feel bad to the owner of the photo album.
Anyone experienced this? I am going to call USCIS today to find out what happened.
