  1. Yes, we had NOA2 on the first touch and the one the day after was it being mailed or the like. Something seems odd with your case. Have you made any inquiries?
All November filers that have NOT received NOA2, please list your recent touches.

I had two touches in a row on 16 and 17 January and nothing since. I was super excited because normally after two touches after the amount of time it was, means NOA2 is coming within a couple of days. Not ours though. Wonder if our package fell behind the coffee machine.

Nope, going by the web site they say don't inquire until they're 30 days past the month they show they're processing, which is now August 2006. I figured I won't get very far if I start asking at this point.

  2. Same here. Our NOA1 is 1 November and we had 2 touches in a row on 16 and 17 January and then nothing since. What happened?

Have you contacted USCIS about this?

No because the site says not to call them until your case is 30 days past the month they're currently processing. The month they say they're currently processing is July 2006.

  3. Same here. Our NOA1 is 1 November and we had 2 touches in a row on 16 and 17 January and then nothing since. What happened? They looked it over and said this one's too hard? Don't like their names? Who knows. Maybe since IMBRA and all they run FBI checks on men with previous marriages to check on domestic violence in their past?

    Give us our NOA2!! Hehe.

  4. Is it possible to send in additional evidence while your case is pending at USCIS? I don't have an RFE but I wanted to provide another document I think is important to their decision. If someone h as done it, how do you send it in? Just address it to the service center and include both names and case number on it?

Or will they disregard anything they didn't ask for after they have the case in hand?

  5. I wonder if anyone knows if delays on NOA2 approvals could be because they are running police checks at USCIS. I don't have a problem or a record but I've been married a couple times and I was just wondering if they do that on some cases to make sure there's no domestic violence in the petitioners background.

Thanks all. Getting antsy for that NOA2.

  6. We have a November 1 NOA1 and still do not have NOA2. Our case was last touched January 17th and then nothing. My sweetie is living in Cebu also. I'm starting to get a little impatient/worried as to why we had touches and no NOA or RFE. Our package is really straight forward and nothing unusual about it. I went through all the documentation a hundred times if I did it once, before I mailed off. Included PLENTY of evidence of meeting sooooo, with all that taken in consideration,

    I want my NOA2!!! Hehe

Anyone else left from the begining of November that don't have an approval and no RFE?
