Because it went through with payment, I'd contact the consulate: IVguayaquil@state.gov
Put her A# in the subject line of the e-mail, then explain the situation.
Whether this is a systemic glitch or something unique to you, they can fix it.
Post back here to let us know the outcome, including how soon they responded.
thank you! sorry, by A# you mean case number?

Hello! My tonight my fiance (beneficiary) was scheduling her interview for the K1 Visa, and we came across a big error with the applicant name it seems. She filled out all the information correctly, case number, passport number, her name etc. After we paid and set the interview date we reached the last page.
The problem is that somehow the wrong name was listed as the "Applicant Name". It listed my fiance high school instead of her name as the applicant.
Is this something that can be edited by calling the consulate or will we need to cancel the appointment and do it over again?
P.S. Sorry for the lengthy post and thank you for any advice or help!

Hi everybody I have a quick question regarding part 3 question 4a.
A few years ago I received a small public urination charge during an event in college. Dumb, I know! I received a $100 fine and just received deferred adjudication that if I stayed out of trouble for 6 months it would be wiped off my record.
Fast forward to this past March, I filed a request to obtain my criminal records from the state. It shows on there I have no criminal history at all. Is this public urination thing something I still need to disclose? And if so how do I go about finding the information regarding the charge? Because as of right now I don't even remember the month or the year it happened. Thanks everyone!

Hello Huttohorn,
I think you mistakenly posted your question in my thread?
You're right! My apologies Robert!! I wasn't paying attention to the exact thing I was posting in, my mistake. I thought I was posting in one of those running threads. I'll see if I can get that post deleted. Thanks for the heads up!
