We are in a somewhat similar situation and since, Eckion you seem quite knowledgeable I am wondering if you can answer this.
For those of us filing now, does the 2019 Federal Poverty Guidelines for 125% ($21,137) apply to our 2018 tax returns. OR is our 2018 tax returns held accountable to 125% of the 2018 Federal Poverty Guideline which is $20,575?

Hi All -
We filed in early September but had to resubmit as we filed on an outdated form. Our NOA1 is now the last day of September. Hoping that they will continue to swiftly approve all of the September filers.
Best of luck to everyone and looking forward to everyone's positive stories soon!

Today I received the entire petition along with money order back from the USCIS in the mail. They received the petition on September 13th. This was my first NOA1 and in the Type it states Rejected. I am filing for a K-1 visa for my fiance in Ghana.
The reasons for rejection states two causes: wrong filing fee amount and outdated 129f form.
Has anyone else who filed in the last week experienced this? I was working with an immigration lawyer to compile the petition whom I trust (he has successfully helped a friend of mine and I was referred through them). Both the lawyer and I can not find any information that states the 129 form has recently been updated or that the fee has changed from $535.
Any other people who have experienced similar notices or have learned of any changes in the K-1 visa form or fees would be greatly appreciated. I do not want to resubmit before knowing what exactly was wrong and I can't find anywhere else that lists a different filing fee than $535.
Thank you all in advance for your help.

Thanks so much. I do some side jobs that sometimes I don't include but with them included I am able to reach about the 2019 FPGL.
One additional question, does FPGL go by total income or adjusted gross income?
