  1. Thanks for this! One question: what about form I-130A ? Can that be done online as well?
  2. What about citizens living outside of the country?
  3. I would like to know as well. I am also interested in the overall experience of submitting I-130 online.
  4. FYI, just saw this.... "Immigrants applying for US visas will be denied entry into the country unless they can prove they can afford health care within 30 days of entering or can’t pay for it themselves, according to a proclamation signed by President Trump. The new rule, which comes into force on 3 November, will be applied to people seeking immigrant visas, not those in the US already. It does not apply to those seeking asylum seekers, refugees or children. But it would apply to the spouses and parents of US citizens. That could have an impact on families who are trying to bring their parents to the US." https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2019/oct/05/us-immigrants-will-be-denied-entry-if-they-cant-afford-health-care https://www.nytimes.com/2019/10/04/us/immigrant-visas-health-care.html?smid=nytcore-ios-share
  5. My wife received her first GC because of my employment-sponsored green card. I later became a naturalized citizen. A few years ago we moved abroad and she gave up her GC via I-407. Now I want to file a petition for my her second green card. I am not sure how to answer the following question on I-130, page 5: ”Has anyone else ever filed a petition for the beneficiary?“ Does the fact that my wife got her first green card through me mean that my employer also filed a petition for her? Thanks!
