You can call the USCIS ask to speak with a Tier 2 Rep and have them read you your RFE.

Congrats! Did they ever say why your case took soooooo long? Was it because of background check or so? It's very unusual especially since there was no RFE.

I believe you will need her wet signature as well as dating the letter.

Hello, I just came across your post. We also have a degree that shows "Decree Nisi" but infront of it it says "Referring to the Decree Nisi made in this cause on the ....date". It also has a certified stamped at the bottom. I am wondering if this is what you have also? And how was the initial decree differ from the 2nd one you obtained?
