Can someone help answer this please?

I submitted the I751 last week. They received it on Wednesday October 6th. My question is how long will it take for me to receive the receipt with a case number? While waiting the 18 months can I leave the country? What evidence do I need to show while this is pending when I do travel outside the US?

Question for the affidavit of support for my brother and sister, I have to submit one for each? Also I think I will need a cosponsor what form do they need to fill out? Is that the correct affidavit for I-130 sponsoring siblings below?

Ok as of right now there's one that is 25 years old. Will he be able to come when the NVC issue the VISA? Let's say they do in the next 7-8 years at which he will be 32-33 then?

What about the Visa Bulletin for IR5 Visa? Where are they at with that? 

Need help! I applied and both applications for my brother and sister was received in September 2013, as of February 2021 both Cases were approved and sent to the NVC. What are the next steps? How long more will this process take?  

For the supporting documents and the IRS transcript, pay stub and so on, do we have to print it on single sided paper or printed on both sides of the paper acceptable?

Long story short I took one of the tracking numbers and kept incrementing it until I found one going to my country. While doing so I came across Argentina. The reference stuff still doesn't show up for me so it goes to show that's not that reliable.

Yes. I think the 30 day period was up. I downloaded a copy. Re-uploaded it and started a new one

Not sure, you may be able to proceed but I believe they won't reach out to you until they receive the hard copy.

Mine changed there too and that's because they received it electronically. You still need to track down the hard copy.

Yea but it's unlikely it doesn't show up in the DHL tracker. Anyways lets hope for the best. Keep in touch.

Might be in the same boat with me. I don't see mine either. I am calling the NVC

I double checked your timeline and you are unlikely to have made the 19th shipment. With an NVC received date of 2/4, they would have to had processed your case on the quicker than average side for it to have been included.

 

If you are overly anxious, I would suggest calling the NVC at tel:603-334-0888 and asking for the status.  If it is shipped, they will not provide you tracking, but can confirm whether or not your case made the 19th shipment. Otherwise, expect it to be sent at the earliest on March 4th.

It had to, it updated on the 19th from at NVC to In Transit and then Ready on the 20th. Misplaced during shipment, maybe?
