she lives in dubai and she hold somalian passport i had biometrics in july 2025 till now i didn't see that anything that has changed whenever i log in its saying its under process

hello everyone i applied visa for my mother in the year of 2024 april till now my case is being processed she's a somalian passport holder living in dubai has any one got approved i been waiting this for so long how long does this process take
