My interview was on Aug 14, the CO asked some questions as:
How and when you met eachother
When you get married and where
If we had party after married
Then he said you are approved but I need a Joint sponsor forn I-864 for you,  even my spouse as my sponsor  qualified for that and NVC aproval the docs.
I've sent by email the reqyested docs and received an Email that they had received and are now reviewing.
Praying to see ISSUED soon.
Dont know long it takes.
Keep me posted if anyone else has similar situation let us know.
Dont forget that God is with us and we will win and get our passports soon with our visa.

Hi guys, update, I´m in U.S, yes, it was everything too too fast, because they let me know about picking up my visa last Monday and then I picked up next day morning, and at 11:30 Pm that same day I was boarding an American Airlines to Miami, everything at POE was very smooth and easy and this is my second day in U.S!

Good morning guys, well, it´s Tuesday and well, I hope and think that this week US Embassy issue my visa, they still are on time but well, that´s what I hope!

Let´s see, I think that this week they give me my Visa, My passport is my travel Document, and they know that, I can only have a new one in Cuba, so I think they unlock that soon!

GOD IS REALLY GOOD!
Just received an Email response about my inquiry.
They said that the issuance will happen after our marriage date then it will change automatically from CR to IR, wich is a BLESS for us, since we won't need to remove conditions afterwards.
Waiting good news from you too soon.

Sent the Email about my inquiry this early morming. 
Monday will be also US holliday wich the abroad embassys will be closed.
The only thing to do is to Pray and to ask GOD to give us GOOD NEWS about our VISAS soon.
We will WIN 🙏

I've sent on Aug 21 then receive email back two hours after saying that consular office received the docs and they will review and process our request.
Its really frustating all this waiting time after more than two years awaiting.
But soon we will have our happy party 🙏

Same here its driving me crazy too
They updated only on Aug 23 but still AP.
Praying to have the visas in our hands soon.🙏

dont give up still 6 hours keep checking it .. in case  your status change so you call the embassy they might let you pick up your passport

Do it...I placed date of the interview, NVC case number...passport number, my full name etc and asked about the current status of the case...
In a very polite way, you know.....please, if you could etc etc etc...
my advise, do the same that won´t harm you at all! I did it...I won´t give you a wrong advise or anything...

Update: Embassy just wrote me , the documents were perfectly received and the Officer in charge of my case is reviewing them! I hope tomorrow have the Visa Issue, That let me a little hope of travel on Friday...Pray for it guys! Please!

Thank you for this words of hope! I the encourager was deep in a hole, and you add light to the hole, thank you! Yes, it´s been 2 long years to me (since my wife and I became a couple) and everyday I dream about being with her and my little boy!
But it´s all in GOD´S HANDS! I let HIM the control of all my life!
