  1. I already have my 10 year green card, so I guess it just depends on the officer I just printed 4 pictures on one sheet of paper for every of the last three years.
  2. I believe it’s not, but I decided to bring as much as I could think so (without going too crazy with bills etc) rather than be sorry I didn’t bring something in. Just a heads up I already have approved ROC.
  3. I had my interview today and I was approved! The interview was really easy, I brought all documents including copies and originals, but the officer only asked me for my 2-year and 10-year green cards and also any photos of my husband and I. I printed three pages, one for every of the last three years, but the officer only took the page from this year, I guess because the rest of the photos were in my case already. There seemed to be some issues with the internet, so I took the oath right after the interview and got my certificate shortly after! We had to drive really far to the office, so taking the oath the same day, especially right after the interview was great. Good luck to everyone !
  4. On the interview notice it even doesn't mention USC spouse's passport at all. So you should be good
  5. Not applicable! Would you say last 6 months of bills/statements as of the day old interview should be enough?
  6. Hello! I have my interview in less than 2 weeks. I already have my 10-year green card, ROC was approved without interview. I applied in October 2022 and the evidence I submitted will be included in the list below. I am thinking "it's better to bring it and don't need it rather than don't bring it and regret about it"; however, I am still trying to find that middle ground, so I don't get lost in papers. Here are my questions: 1) What else should I add? 2) For what period of time should the bills/bank statements be? I submitted last 6 months (April - September 2022) and for the interview I will only have 2-3 more bills/statement. Should I just add new statements to those I submitted or should I do every 6 months within 3 years of marriage? Every month? 3) Should I bring copies along with the originals (for ex., for birth certificates, passports, green cards etc)? What I am planning on bringing: Appointment letter Mine: Green Card (2-year and 10-year) Driver license + Real ID Two passports (both from the same country) US Citizen Spouse's passport US Citizen Spouse's driver's license US Citizen Spouse's Birth Certificate Tax Transcripts (2019, 2020, 2021) Tax Returns (2019, 2020, 2021) Marriage Certificate + Amendment + Letter of explanation (there was a typo in marriage certificate, thus it needed amendment) Lease Agreements (2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022) Bank Statements: Joint Saving Account (last 4 months) Joint Checking Account (last 6 months) Chase Credit Card as an authorized user of USC spouse's account (copies of front and back) Citi Credit Card as an authorized user of USC spouse's account (copies front and back) Medical Insurance for me and spouse (proof from the website) Medical Insurance ID cards Driver's License showing same address for me and spouse (copy) Car Title (both names) Car Insurance (both names) Phone Bills (last 6 months) Electricity Bills (last 6 months) Photos from the last 3 years Thank you!
  7. Thank you! I saw another filer from September also got interview scheduled at Fresno office last month, so maybe it's just faster over there. It is a corgi pup indeed, he's almost 4 right now
  8. Just found out that my interview was scheduled! Fresno, CA office I am excited; however, I have not even started preparing.
  9. Oh wow, thanks for sharing! I’m not counting on getting anything this year; however, now that gives me hope
  10. Congratulations Are you in California? I applied in October and my local office is in Fresno, CA.
  11. I moved to the U.S. on K1 visa in 2019. Then I got my conditional green card in 2019 and 10-year green card in 2022. I am applying to the citizenship online and my application is based on the 3 years rule (marriage to the U.S. Citizen). After reading the search results, I still feel like I would like to clarify one question. Prior moving to the U.S. in 2019 I used to travel a lot, including coming to the U.S. in 2018 on B1/B2 visa; however, after moving here in 2019 I have never traveled outside of the U.S. With that being said, how should I answer the question "Have you taken a trip outside of the United States in the last 5 years?". If I only count last 3 years since become LPR, my answer should be "No", but if I answer the question the way it was stated listing last 5 years, I have to include lots of trips including to the U.S. while I visited on B1/B2 visa? Thank you!
