pretty much.
You can pay after arrival. Like I said you have a year. Trust me that the USCIS will bug you about it before then. LOL
Awesome, the green card will be produced after payment is routed to your case. Generally takes 1-6 months.
1 to 6 months 😲😲😲 thats lomg waiting.. so its better to pay now before going. I thought i will get greencard 1 to 3weeks some other people say

Well you can delay it as long as you want afaik, but I guess the 1 year is based on the expiration of the temporary I551 you get when you land - so if you take longer than that you have no valid proof of your status.
Yes but not 1year. We will pay rightaway when i get there to u.s

As above, you do understand that you won’t receive the physical green card until the fee is paid, though?
Yes i just want to know if we can just pay the fee when im already in the u.s and nik say i have 1year after arrival to pay the fee.
-
Can we just pay the greencard fee when i arrive at the u.s or i really have to pay it before going to u.s?

Okay, so your expiration date for your entry visa could be Feb 2019....this could very well give you more than enough time to have your 2-year wedding anniversary before coming to USA.
thank you so much then its better for us to wait for the future no need to do removal condition. thank u have good day mam.

The 2-year green card is determined upon the date you enter the USA. You will make 2-years of marriage in October. Did you do your medical already? The entry visa expires 6 months after the medical was done and not from the date of the interview. Depending on when your medical was completed, you may be able to enter USA after October to ensure you get the 10-year green card.
yes mam i did my medical at august 2,2018. i got cfo ready now just waiting for visa. but now i understand thank you so much.

I will ask a mod to merge this thread with the other.
In the meantime, OP, yes I have experience of this - kind of. We had been married for more than 2 years when I arrived.
We got married September 27, 2014.
I arrived here with my visa December 19, 2016.
I got a 10-year green card in the mail. So, the only difference is I'm not from the Philippines but the country of origin is irrelevant. The immigration laws are the same for all of us. If you have been married for 2 years in more in the date you arrive, you will get a 10-year green card. For sure.
thank you. thats all i wanted to hear nothing more. thanks for the help.. if i can only remove this thread i will do it myself but im just new here. now i know i cant delete post here. but thanks everyone spread love 🙂 takecare and godbless you all.

You have already been given an answers in your previous thread from people who have gone through the process and/or are well aware of immigration processes. Please stop repeating threads. You don't believe what you are told here then go talk to an attorney. It's already getting frustrating trying to help you!
if there a policy here to post a thread and ask people question is not allowed then you can just said to me nicely way. but him telling me stop spamming feels like hes rude to me.. he could just of said it in diffirent way.
