  1. Your life doesn't always have to be perfect to have a child or decide to have a child. I personally still live with my parents because I see that as an opportunity to save until its time to move when the baby comes. I still hesitate about moving because we have our own floor, bathroom included and i only see my family at meal time basically. I make enough money to rent my own place but I'm not in a rush to do so. Secondly, I decided to have a child because I have medical issues that may prevent me from having children at a late age. If we should sit and wait until our lives are stable, we have a long way to go. Eventually, once you have a child, everything falls into place. Now if your life is upside down and touting having a bunch a kids, then you need to get it together.

I don't blame ppl for making use of the free services available, however it becomes a problem when you live on it and don't attempt to do better.

    Good luck with that....

  2. Hey you hope all is well, My little princess should be making here apperiance soon and I am so serious when she is able to fly I may have to hit you up for a photo session.

    Heyyyy...everything's good!

They have FINALLY finished my background check so should be starting work next Tuesday!

Girl, I have been meaning to get down to Florida for MONTHS now! So if you don't come this way, I may well come that way!

  3. Soooo..I have a friend here who lives with her husband and his parents. She has a decent job and he has an ok job. So she was telling me how they were trying for a baby. I was like why on EARTH would you be living with family in some basement, obviously can't afford a STABLE home of your own but yet PURPOSELY bringing a baby into the mix? Shouldn't your priority be MOVING out, getting a place of your OWN before having a baby? Sigh....

  4. Yes, Imanni has had a lot of good times in JA :D

But I have not talked to him about it yet, and I probably won't for some time... there is much to do before we are ready.

I don't think kids process time so easy, and if I tell him now he will think we are moving tomorrow.

I think it better to get things ready, and bring him to visit the home this spring.

Show him his bedroom, and tell him then, so it's something tangible to him.

What does his dad say about you going???

I was SO blessed my son's dad let me take him here.....I cannot for a solitary second imagine my husband letting me go even out of STATE with the youngest...

  5. Hey yardie people...got a question...i'm filing my I751 removal of conditions for hubby and he got into a lil altercation with some dude at his job where he got arrested and fingerprinted and watever...the charges where dropped but since he did get fingerprinted and his biometrics is coming up do you think this will still show on his records???... :help::bonk:

No it won't. But you may have to declare it still...

  6. I was only looking at CSC approvals. Trust me, it is absolutely heartbreaking to read that your case still is not approved as well. There have been questions from the remaining May filers what to do after we are out of processing time. Would appreciate if you could let us know what your actions were. Thanks.

My action is to wait. I will be eligible to apply for citizenship in February. They will be forced to adjudicate it then.

I think YOUTOO meant CSC filers, the group of filers we have been discussing here lately.

Umm...the CSC filers are not complete in April either.

  7. I don't want to call that a flat out lie, but it has to be pretty close to that. See, they are nearly finished with the July filers, 70 % approved, and not even four months have passed. Three August filers have already been approved; under three months! I think, as always, that USCIS makes up answer as it goes. They hover at nearly the same completion rate of around +/-70% for the months of May through July. Only April is totally complete, so that leaves a third of us as the first month of filers in limbo! Next time one of us calls, the answer will be 6-10 months.

    It is??

First this April filer heard of that.

  8. Yes mam , Just taking things a day at a time not trying to be stressed First I am to blessed for that and second this little girl inside me is more important then anything, so whatever happens happens. By the way the DNA results are negative HE IS NOT THE FATHER of the other kid. Shame that what happens when you lay with whores. Oh well!

    YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did you tell him? What did he say???

  9. Whatever you do, DO NOT go for Coleace, 'Colace' is a stool softner...

I want her name to start with A

    Here are some I like

    Aleece Melar

    Ameera MeLar

    Coleace Ameera

    Ayanna Coleece

Melar is my mom (melody) and his mom (Lar) put together

Coleace is his name (Colin) and my middle name (Latreece)

Ameera is my grandma's nickname (Meer) and my other grandma (barbara) put together somehow,Both of them passed so I love the name Ameera

Ayannna is so pretty my bff suggested that so I throw it in there some where

I also like Brittany For Brandi and Anthony (his middle) this is what everyone calls him nstead of his first name, but then I dont like Brittany because its too common,

See my delima :bonk: :bonk: :bonk: :bonk:

  10. Based on that, I would probably be pissed and tell my friend to go piss in the wind, lol - But on the other hand, I wouldn't want the child to suffer if I could help - do you know what school she is in? Can you call the school directly, find out what is going on, and what the costs are and arrange payment directly to the school?

I can find out what school she's in etc....

As for arranging payment etc, will have to get some money together first!!

Thing is, I remember only too well scraping money together to do my own CXC's...I know for a fact if she doesn't do them, it GREATLY cuts down on ANY chance of a job...I am saddened though, this is a friend I've know since I was 12 or so...Hurts me that she's not being honest...

  11. Hey all...

So I got a call from a friend in Jamaica. Her daughter is taking 8 CXC's so she was asking me to help. Of course I really don't have the means right now, but told her if anything came up where I could, I would help. She said it was $3500JA per subject. Which would be like $350 for all 8. That sounded a lot to me, so me being me, I called my old school. They told me it was just under $2000JA per subject.

Still a lot, but she is obviously lying to me. I had said to myself that if I booked a session in between now and Nov 4th (the deadline to pay) I would have sent her the money. Now, I'm pissed as hell, but still thinking I might call her out but still help if I can. What would you do?

  12. Hi everyone!

I haven't been on here in forever. With contemplating a divorce, a new job, schoolwork, and the other stresses of life I've just been keeping to myself. Not sure what's what with everyone but I hope life is treating you all well...

I had a question...hubby is trying to get his passport and said he's having trouble because his father's name is not on his passport. Has anyone had this problem before?

    - Marie

never heard of that! Shouldn't make any difference to a passport...
