    I have just read through my NOA again and with the exception of the personal information all it says is that "Upon receipt of all Record Checks, you will be scheduled to appear for an interview at your local USCIS field office".

    There is no mention of having to take my BIO again. As part of my I751 process I only last had my BIO taken in August 2011 (9 months) ago and I am wondering if this part of my N400 process is being waived.

    Does anyone else's NOA mention anything about waiting to receive BIO appointment or do I just have the same NOA as everyone else with no BIO mentioned.

    Mine doesn't mention anything about a bio apt either....dont know if that's the norm or not.

    Well, what a fun adventure this has been so far. I removed myself from the March Filers because the Nebraska Service Centre said they had no record of my N400 packet and even though the Director himself had signed for it, no one knew where it was. Anyways my husband called the military helpline and they were very helpful, they told him that my packet had been forwarded to the National Benefits Centre and I would hear from them. Fast forward to today and yes finally I have heard from the NBC they have my packet and it is being processed. My cheque is still not cashed, so still waiting on that, but other than that it appears I am still a March 2012 Filer :D

    Could someone add me to the timeline chart, filed March 5th, Fingerprints March 1st, local office I think will be Fairfax VA.

    I live a few hours from Shreveport......my husband used to live there and he really likes it....he's even talked about wanting to move back there. I've been there a few times and enjoyed myself....there is a nice boardwalk by the river. There are loads of festivals throughout the year too which are usually pretty good.

    I typically get asked to say "bloody hell" or bollocks" for people....and then the regular questions....Have I met the Queen? Did I meet Diana? There is girl at the local grocery store who makes a huge fuss every time I go in there....bombarding me with questions and getting me to say the name of the items i'm buying....like "cup a soup" :wacko: No one i've met has ever heard of name before either.....most get it wrong...calling me Jenna.....how hard can Jemma be? lol

    Woo Hoo! Interview APPROVED! We were told to expect our greencard in the mail. We had a slight problem with the medical I693a (as in had to get one), but got that taken care of over the weekend. We dropped paperwork off today and were told we are approved!

    On a darker note, we have YET to be touched on the USCIS webpage. Still showing 12/24/07....We got your form stuff. So all of you waiting out there for touches....None may be comming, but that doesn't mean they aren't working on your case!
