  1. I was trying to reschedule both appointments before the deadlines but it turned out that I was late to get the biometrics part rescheduled before the deadline. Is it's even possible to reschedule the biometrics appointment and the interview since I missed the biometrics appointment? The interview is two days, so what will happen since the biometrics appointment was missed? I was told that that automatically cancels the interview? if so what should I do next if I want to reschedule them? I tried to reschedule in this website: https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-BR/iv/groups/20869694  but I didn't see a option for it.

Therefore, the DS-160 is only filled out by me and my fiancee ? Right?

Ok so I don’t need two ds-160s but I do need two i-134s filled out by me (petitioner) and one by my friend (co-sponser) ? Right ? Also what documents should be included with this form because I see my old questions about this but I was sure if they fill out everything that should be added with these forms like tax info or such. What’s everything that’s needed ?

  3. Can someone please tell me who email is needed for this part of the process? If my fiancee do not know english do I put my email address in this part: Register at the scheduling site.  You will need your case number that was provided to you by the National Visa Center (NVC)- this is a 10-digit number that will most likely begin with “RDJ.”  Make sure you are in the “Immigrant Visa” section of the website and select the option that states: “I HAVE RECEIVED A LETTER FROM THE CONSULAR SECTION WITH INSTRUCTIONS TO REGISTER OR SCHEDULE A K VISA APPOINTMENT.”     ?

What is there to elaborate?  If you have had any vaccinations prior to the medical either as an infant, child or adult.  You bring the record to the visa medical and the panel physician will record the previously received vaccinations on the DS3025 .

When you just say "medical" I'm not sure if another word should be added to that because usually in college someone says "medical facility or medical so on...". Therefore, I asked to elaborate so I understand. I don't understand why so many smart comments here. Everyone is different.

    She doesn't have to get them as a K1 . . .

But get the shots in RIO that the panel physician suggests.  It will save you time and money rather than getting in the US.  Keep the copy of the medial record for later. They will give her one.

Don't get them before the medical at another facility.

"Don't get them before the medical at another facility." Could you elaborate more ont his part please?

Not hard to look at the website, everything is in there.

Bonus thing to bring to the interview is a copy of the us petitioners birth certificate, which is not on the list but was asked during my interview a few years ago.

other than that, my most sincere advice is READ and get ahead of this journey. If you need spoon feeding at this point, aos and later on roc will be a hard pill to swallow.

These couple word posts and few sentences  is what scars me. Usually people here get into more detail. I need a spoon and a bowl because like many people here I get worried just as they do. I’m not here everyday either and just lost a friend so I figured I could just get a quick answer 😐

I’m from Brazil and I’ll tell you: that list onthe website is the only thing you’ll need to follow. It’s pretty simple and direct. No need for booklets or pretty folders. Just have him bring the required documents from that list and he’ll be absolutely fine.

He will receive a sheet of paper upon entrance listing the order he’ll need to put the documents in.

That’s it. No secrets. As long as he answers all questions truthfully, he’ll be fine. The interview itself will probably take around 5 minutes.

  7. Hi, if the marriage of content letter for my fiancée was worded almost the same way as my marriage letter of content how badly will that effect us? Basically, my fiancée wording was as if I was the one coming to To Brazil to marry her. Her letter looks the same as how my correct letter looks except it has her name and signature stating that she will marry me. I noticed the letter was worded as if it was me in my drive where I got it saved. The English may have confused her. I already mailed our case in already and got the NOA1 already. Hoping something like this don’t affect us too badly.
