Do you mean the visa application fee?  It’s $265.00

When is this supposed to take effect?  Congress does not have to vote on it.

Are you using the most recent form?  I cannot see any biographical information section besides the one for Part 4.

  For the K-1 fiance visa application, part 4 asks for biographic information.  This is information about me, the petitioner, correct?  And not about the beneficiary?  I just want to be sure I'm doing this form with no mistakes.  Thank you for any help!

I'm completing the I-129F application.  In the beneficiary's information section, they ask you to write your fiance's name and address in his/her native language.  I cannot write Arabic.  Should I leave that blank, or would that be reason for a RFE?  Any suggestions on what to write there as an explanation?

I'm putting together my I-129F packet and used the VJ sample cover letter to follow for my letter.  The Form G325A is listed on their sample cover letter in the table of contents.  Can someone please clarify for me if this form is needed or not?  Wanting to make sure...
