Our timeline: March 9, 2025 N-400 filed online (5 years completed on February 5, 2025) March 9, 2025 Acknowledgement: We received your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, and sent you a receipt notice. March 31, 2025 We scheduled you for a biometrics appointment at the Applications Support Center, Oakland March 31, 2025 FBI was unable to process your fingerprints. To continue processing your application, USCIS must collect your biometrics again. This will be completed at no additional expense to you. Please appear at the below Application Support Center (ASC) at the date and time specified. We scheduled you for a biometrics appointment on April 15, 2025 at the Applications Support Center, Oakland April 15, 2025 Biometrics taken again; told that no further visits would be necessary April 15, 2025 We are actively reviewing your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization. Our records showed nothing is outstanding at this time. June 30, 2025 Email received: Interview Scheduled for August 4, 2025; hard copy delivered a few days later by USPS Aug 4, 2025 Interviews for both held together by the same officer; naturalization approved; immediately went for oath ceremony; after oath, certificate was issued Thanks to all of you. Just now, my wife and I received the email - interview scheduled for August 4, 2025 (San Francisco office). We had applied on March 9, 2025. Any advice on interview is welcome!

We are also waiting for the interview letter. We filed on March 9. See our timeline in my earlier post.

Congrats, Toastbear, hope it goes well. I see that you filed for removing conditions. I wonder how many March 2025 N-400 filers have received the interview letter.

Our timeline so far: March 9: My wife and I filed N-400 online based on 5-year rule. March 12: Acknowledgement received, cases accessible on USCIS site March 14: Appointment letter for biometrics, scheduled for March 31 March 31: Biometrics done. We are seniors and often the machine cannot read our fingerprints, but this time things seemed to go well. But… March 31: Received action taken email, found letter on website asking us to come again for biometrics on April 15. April 15: Second biometrics done; we were told right when we entered the support center that we will not be called a third time. Seems they stop with second attempt or on the second visit, they only match with previous visit’s record - I do not know April 15: Case status: N-400 being actively reviewed, nothing outstanding. No message since then. May 8: myProgress shows estimate of 5 months (which we all know is not to be relied on) So far, how many March filers (who post on Visajourney) have received interview letter?
