You mean the USCIS form?
Answer Yes and explain that he was denied a B2 Visa twice in 2014 and 2016.
This question is on the NVC form - it asks for the month and year I believe - my husband hardly even remembers the year!
Just want to know if I can get this info somewhere - or if there are repercussions for an educated guess

I read "refused entry into the USA" as "got to customs at the airport and they wouldn't let me in", not the same as a visa denial in their home country... there are so many reasons why a visa can be denied - even an error in paperwork. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/visa-denials.html
But I would call NVC and ask so you're not guessing - you might not even need to figure out the dates!
Thanks for your advice - but I believe the question asks both...
"Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa, been refused admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the port of entry? "
Can someone please help me! In the NVC forms you are asked if you have ever been refused entry into the USA.
My husband was denied a travel visa twice (before we met) (at least 2-4 years ago)
We CANNOT find the exact dates that he applied. Does anyone know where to find this information???
What if we guess and are wrong??

Hi all,
Question regarding past visa dates. When filling out the online form is asks if you have applied for a visa/been refused.
My husband has been denied a travel visa 2 times YEARS ago and does not remember when.
How can we find this information??

Has any one noticed they have TWO DIFFERENT PD? 😮
on the old website our PD is
22nd March , which is on the letter hubby received back then.
But
on the new website our PD is
26th March ?? 🤷🏽♀️ I don’t really want any extra days added on !
Does anyone know what’s happening? Is there something we need to do???
We are at Texas Service Center
anyone? Thanks
I had a few different dates too - most people do. There is nothing you can do to change it nor does it really have any affect on your case approval date.

i am currently waiting to get my case approved by USCIS.
Theyve recieved my case April 6th at the Texas Service Centre.
Anyone knows when I can expect approval?
thank you
Right now average timing is about 6 months - give or take a few weeks. Probably October!

Congratulations !!!I have the same date but I’m Texas service center. How did you receive notice? Mail?email? Has it changed on your account ?
Thanks everyone!
I was checking the website constantly - checked last at lunch time yesterday but there was nothing.
I woke up at 7AM with a text message - then email saying there were changes on my account.
Logged in right away and saw they approved it as of yesterday!
I signed up for email and text notifications on the new website.
No mail yet - expecting that probably Monday.

Would seem the common denominator between both cases with early approval is that their spouse is from China. (Right? That’s what it seems from their profiles) I would wonder if the files are separated by country when they come in. And countries with better ties to America get first attention. 🤔 hmmm

I never said we would LIE - but asked if his guess was wrong, do they check things like this.
I also said they want a month and not just year.
But thanks for your great advice!
