My permanent resident card expires on 03/06, and my form i-751 was received and signed for on 02/22, but I have not yet received notice that it's being processed.
With 03/06 approaching, am I right to be worried? I am concerned that it will be sitting in a pile of letters and I'll miss the cut off date.
If I do miss the cut-off date, will I be ok to appeal based on the fact that i have proof they received the form 13 days prior to the expiration date?

I entered the US in October 2016 on a K1 Visa, got married, adjusted status in April 2017.
We're now going to move from CA to CO.
Is there anything I need to do other than updating my address on USCIS?
I'm wondering if I will have another interview in a year, would that be in CA or CO?
N-400 Eligibility Based 3 Years Marriage
in US Citizenship Case Filing and Progress Reports
Posted
I'm hoping someone can help clear up a bit of confusion.
I was told at a recent appointment (removal of conditional residence to unconditional) that I can file for citizenship after 3 years of marriage.
Looking at the N-400 form, it says have been a permanent resident for 3 years AND 3 years marriage.
We've been married for 3 years but my permanent resident card was issue on 06/03/17. So, does that mean I can't file until June 2020?
Thanks for any help!
