Finally got the chage in status "card is being produced" 🙂 So happy !!

I am in Virginia - They give Drivers license for 1 year on a receipt.

My PD is May 17th. No clue for EAD yet, People with tracking numbers ahead of me, I checked on USCIS website have "Card produced / delivered" as status. Mine still shows "Case Received" :( I am so disheartened.. I dont know if something is wrong with my case or what is going on !

I hope so.. any case.. I filed for an expedite request. My husband and son is on my Health insurance and I am on H1B currently that is about to expire and renewal is pending. I am currently 35 weeks pregnant and cannot lose my health insurance !! so lets hope the expedite request comes through and my card is published !

The cases after mine show card has been mailed to you. But mine still stuck on "Case is received" How is this possible? I don't have any RFE or anything. My case is married to USC and Priority Date is May 17th !!

I called USCIS on Thursday and asked for an expedite on my I-765. Now my case status history shows that expedite request has been completed. But dont show whether it was accepted or denied. The case status moved from "Case was received" to "Biometric Review was completed" Does that mean I should expect my EAD soon?

You can try to get an account on uscis and add ur case number. it shows case history. i haven't received anything in mail. i just see this status on uscis website.

Anyone filed I-765 for work permit and got it? I am May filer. But want to see if anyone in this group got it. My fingerprinting was done on June 15th. I am in US on a non immigrant visa and my husband is a USC.
