  1. I just watched yesterday's episode of Family Chantal. Chantal is a chip off her momma's old block. She stormed into the bar where Pedro was hanging out with work friends and embarrassed by accusing him of cheating in front of all his co-worker. And it looks like Pedro's sister is pregnant, by ALEJANDRO probably. She didn't say, but eluded to being emotional and not wanting to speak to anybody about it. Lidia will be a grandma to "dishwasher's" baby. AWESOME!!!
  2. So either Pedro is a scammer, and this was part of the plan to bring mom and sister over to the US, or it could be that he's had enough of that family. Chantel is claiming physical domestic violence. A woman scorned? They have mutual orders of protections.
  3. We got married in 4 days too. May 19 arrived, May 23 married. This year, we both realized on May 27th that we forgot our anniversary.
  4. It's so annoying with this series. Since the beginning these people have all been saying (complaining) that 90 days is not enough time to decide whether or not they want to get married. When you apply for a FIANCE!!! visa, you're already supposed to be sure that you want to get married. It's time to plan a wedding, not a trial run.
  5. Patrick is a dousche. I liked him at first and thought his fiancée was a gold digger because he appears to have some money and a big job. But I'd be careful with him, roid rage. He got disqualified out of the Olympic weightlifting trials due to "performance enhancing drugs" (nicer way to say CHEATER) But after Sunday, I don't like how he's acting. He was a total a-hole when they went shopping for decorations for the house. The new house is white, grey, and black everywhere. Not an ounce of color. For most of us guys, those things don't matter. But a woman wants some color, some life. That happened to me, when my fiance arrived at our place. She wanted to put her own feel on the place to feel at home. I was ok with it, since I didn't know anything about decorating a place. So he agrees to go decoration shopping. And this bobo brings her to some fancy boutique place where an ugly furry pillow costs $180. But then in the store, he does a 180 and says that he didn't plan to buy anything. I'm sure he didn't know that he should have taken her to IKEA or Target. He's a guy with some money who grew up dirt poor in a trailer park, so decorations aren't important to him because you don't "need them". "If you can't eat it or sleep on it, then you don't need it" mentality. I can relate because I grew up somewhat poor (no trailer park, but we didn't have too much that we didn't "need"). But now that I have some money, I can appreciate decorations, colors, decorative furniture, etc. more. But on the other hand, he claims that he spent over $10,000 on HER since she arrived. You can't act like Richie Rich one day (buying her the latest iphone and high end designer clothes), then cheap out on other stuff, it's confusing. She is so beautiful though. Wow.
  6. This new season has 2 broke USC's and bring their fiances to live with their parents, . Why do people do that? I get that we all have budgets and money is a concern for most people, but they could not survive on their own by themselves so they decide to bring a foreigner who can't work for your parents to support. Jabri and Miona Emily and Kobe -Bilal is always patronizing to her and has control issues. And she's an entitled gold digger so that's not gonna work long term. -Emily's father asked Kobe about his future work plans and Kobe said that he's done architecture and civil engineering. But when the father asked about training or school, he has high school. Not sure how architecture and engineering works in Africa but it's different in the US. Then Kobe says that he would like to learn so he can take over the father's business. The father tried very hard to not laugh. Off camera he said that his idea is ridiculous. -Muhammad talks too softly and it's annoying. And his super Muslim rules aren't gonna work for most American women. The desperate ones would do anything. He needs to find a mid to late 50-something. -Patrick cheated (or kissed) with another girl, so that's why he has to share his location. And when the brother decided to throw a house-warming party and some chubby chicks came in, Thais is watching like a hawk. Patrick is so uncomfortable. And at one point she takes him aside to remind him that she's watching, and feels the need to tell her that these girl are ugly and she's a Brazilian beauty.
  7. On family Chantel... Winter is undergoing gastric sleeve (weight loss) surgery in Tijuana. Yes, Mexico. Funny from this family who wants to pretend to be so upper class and rich but can't afford surgery in the US. Also, Winter admitted that the requirements in the US are too tough. Usually, doctors want to see you drop some weight by dieting before doing the surgery so you can demonstrate that you will be able to handle earing less calories daily. But the sad reality is that most big people think that this surgery is magic and will make them skinny and they can continue to eat 10,000 calories per day. And Winter was contacted by and has been chatting with some guy from Nigeria. I wonder how much money she sends him. Yet the family sees no problem with it.
  8. First you need to find your testicles because you lost them somewhere along the way. Like others said, let her leave, even help her pack. She does this to manipulate you. This marriage is obviously over (she got what she wanted, to stay here permanently) but you seem to want to "fix" it, typical for somebody with low self-esteem. Go get some counseling, and get rid of her. Divorce and move on. Don't worry about i-864. If she gets food stamps, it's a longshot that the government would ask you to repay it.. The US government is a disorganized mess, and they don't know who is getting what, I personally wouldn't worry about it that much.
  9. This chick Emily breastfeeding out in the open in the living room is just weird. And Kobe is right but her weirdo family sees nothing wrong with a 17 month old still breastfeeding. She seems to be cuddled and is in charge, and he's from a male dominant culture, so there's going to be issues. That Arab guy is missing his mommy making him breakfast and waiting on him hand and foot. That's going to be a disaster since she really just brought him to take care of her kid because she can't afford good childcare and give her sex when she wants it. This guy has some serious Muslim beliefs (men in charge, women are there to serve men, women should listen and obey, not talk or opine, women shouldn't be in the presence of any man not her husband). A younger American woman would never take that nonsense, but she may be desperate and old enough to actually put up with it. Ariela's parents have some set of balls seriously. They decided to rent them an apartment so that they would have one ready as soon as they landed in the US (probably so they didn't stay in their house at all). Then they go and rent this big 2 bedroom apartment (in Princeton, that's $2000-2500/mo). Overkill for broke people. That screams of a superiority complex, the mother probably did that on purpose to show Binyam how much better the US is compared to the apartment they had in Ethiopia. And then mom (and dad) says "Oh by the way, it would be good for you to take over the payment soon..." HUH? From what money... they are pretty much broke. Her-no job, him- can't work. Ariela seems like a little princess who's been babied and now that she has a man, the parents expect him to provide for her literally right off the plane. Not fair to Binyam. An the only reason they came to the US is for her to get away from his sisters.
  10. At first, I thought that Sheeda was a simple gold digger because she was complaining about the van and the house. But then I thought about it more. She must've figured out that he has money, from his job to the way he rolled when he visited her. So she came with expectations and when she saw the van and house, she thought that he scammed her. That could explain her getting angry, but it doesn't rule out her being a gold digger though. I still think she is into the material things, but she seems to love him. The weightlifter with the Brazilian with a "slight" jealous side is so p-whipped. He has to send her his location on his phone and even doorbell camera video to see who came to his house. And the funniest thing is that he believes that it's because they are apart. It will get worse when she's there because she'll get more angry when he messes up. From Brazil, she could get too angry and chance him changing his mind. But once she gets here all bets are off. That one has cray written all over her. The scene with Kobe meeting his kid was pretty emotional. I think everybody wanted the kid to recognize him and jump in his arms. That was a bit of a let down. And her making plans for them to be alone for 1 night before seeing his kid. No babe, I don't think so. I have never seen my kid, sex can wait. Miona from Serbia came to South Dakota knowing that they would have to stay there a while. It's not fair for her to demand that they move to LA right away when he's broke. I don't get when people want to bring foreigners over but don't have the means to actually take care of them. Living with mommy and daddy is fun when you're a teenager, but 30+ is a bit much. The Arab guy just wants a mommy cougar. That's another Syad/Rebecca story. She's going to be jealous, controlling, and possessive.
