We only find out about the approval after beneficiary have checked their online account. No email was sent. Make sure to check it weekly or daily.

I called USCIS long time ago. It took like 20 minutes on hold but option to talk to human is in there. Try something related to customer service. Possibly under option 6

Hello, I found this company for non-US citizen Health Insurance. I know that J-1 visa programs use them. Travel Insurance | Best Custom Insurance Plans | Seven Corners I'm not sure if there is a big difference between two coverages or if COVID 19 is included in Inbound USA coverage. If anybody can look and explain. TY
