Yep, I have contacted Gillibrand and Schumer offices and reached out to the Congressman as well. I didn't leave a stone unturned. 

Gillibrands office is quite helpful with immigration matters....wouldn't hurt to contact them via her website. 
 

I would also contact the Senator's office as well as your Congressman. And you should file a case assistance inquiry here .

Thanks a lot again. they  responded with automated message they can't give any service can't give any service because of the government shutdown and USCIS told me the same thing they can't schedule infopass because of the government shutdown this is bull

Hey guys I hope you all doing well.
Its about N400 application.
 I am from Long Island  New York and my PD date is October 2017.
I had the interview on September 2018 and passed.
It's been more than 120 days now with no oath ceremony date or update .
I filed couple of service requests within 2 months and the 3rd one was 5 minutes ago. They told me we will email you or will call you about your case.
They have been telling me the same story every service request or on calls.
I am very distressed and dont know what to do from now on .
Any advices or recommendations i appreciate it.
My n400 was on 5 year rule.
