NOPE, won't get one...Go to Camp Crame to get your fingerprints done..

Fingerprints were taken Camp Crame, headquarters of the Philippine National Police. For the HK PC DFA  (authentication) requires the fingerprints to be taken first to the HK embassy. For Qatar DFA will authenticate no problem.

Hubby got his fingerprints. He took the letter you gave me and NBI said this wasn't good. Luckily he met someone who told him about the other place that does fingerprints (forgot the name at the moment) and he went and was successful.
