Bryselle got a reaction from Carpe Vinum in Can't leave the Philippines due to Shut Down
My understanding is, this is solely for vacation/leisure purposes outside of the country. Philippines government cannot shut down the airport entirely; it is up to each airline if they will suspend or continue their flights.
