My fiancé and I are working on filing our DS-160 as required. We received our letter asking us to fill this out on February 4th, 2019. We sent out our original petition (I-129F) on May 31st, 2018. We received our approval notice on November 18th, 2018. Now we are filling out the DS-160 but it says that our I-129F expired in March 2019. Will this be a problem if that petition expires? We have been filing out everything as soon as we get it, but it has just been taking such a long time to receive each next step letter and now our I-129F is about to expire? What do we do?
Thank you!

My fiancé and I sent out our paperwork for the I-129f already and are waiting to hear back. When we do, we were told we need to do the paperwork for proof of enough income. I am still a student in college and I don't quite make the income requirement. My parents said they'd be willing to be the other income source on the paperwork. Will we still be approved as long as my parents fill out the Affidavit of Support paperwork? (They make plenty of money and would definitely be approved)

When it says to send the petition with a return receipt requested, how do I do this?
Thank you!

I was thinking the same thing. In over 10 years of being on this site, never have I been aware of a length issue
I'll see if I can find it. They said they needed a new letter of intent from only the beneficiary and also more evidence of the relationship.

I had previously read about someone's letter of intend being denied for not being thorough enough. What should I be sure to include?
Also, we only plan on marrying in a courthouse during the 90 days so that we have more time to save money.
Thank you!

Is it okay for my partner to still travel to and from the US after our I-129F has been sent out and before it's approved?

What is the exact address I should be mailing my I-129F to? I've heard the Dallas Lockbox and I've also heard the Vermont Service Center based on where I live.
Thank you!

My partner and I are ready to send out our I-129F, but we are concerned because of our income. I am finishing college and still working part-time so I know I do not meet the income requirement for the I-134. My parents have agreed to be our joint-sponsor and they meet well over the income requirement. I am afraid that our I-129F will be denied due to my lack of income currently.
Do I need to include the I-134 for myself along with my parent's I-134, with our I-129F in the mail to prove we can support my partner? Is income a reason for the first round of paperwork (I-129F) to be denied?
Thank you in advance!
