  1. Yes , I am very aware that taxes, bills , leases etc have the same address lol, but that wasn’t my question. Thanks anyway
  2. To show that we lived in the same address , because both licenses show the address
  3. Hi Everyone, I was wondering if anyone submitted some other licenses besides State ID/drivers license to show the same address? My ex has a couple of more licenses like State firearm owners ID and State concealed carry license and it shows the address as well. Did anyone submit something those ? Thanks for your input
  4. I would apply for the citizenship. Even USCIS notified you that you are eligible. Of course your N400 won’t be approved before your I-751 but it will definitely speed up your process with I-751. Good luck
  5. My I-751 is actually ready for an interview since June last year.
  6. Is it safe to apply for naturalization while my I-751 waiver is still pending?
  7. Gotcha. Thanks you so much for clarifying
  8. Hi everyone, I was wondering if someone had a similar situation. So after divorcing from my ex, I fell under the 5 year rule for neutralization. According to it, I would be able to apply in June this year. I was traveling internationally the past years since I moved to the US. In total I spent 5 months outside the US. I saw an article that the time spent outside the US can’t be included. Does that mean I can’t apply before November? Thank you
  9. I never heard of SSSS before. Just googled it lol. Well thanks for your answers.
  10. Hi Everyone, My I-751 status got changed into “Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview” since June. Also my field office is very busy so I am sure my interview won’t get scheduled anytime soon. I planned to travel internationally to visit my dad in the end of this month for 10 days. I am just a little concerned if I am safe to travel and come back if my status doesn’t change. If anyone was in this situation, please share your experience. Thank you
  11. Hi Everyone, So I received an RFE for my I-751 and I started working on it. My deadline to sent the RFE is May 15th. My extension letter is still valid until September this year. My dad got sick and is in the hospital, so I was thinking of going to visit him for a couple of weeks before I submit my response to USCIS since my letter is still valid. I am concerned if I am going to have some issues coming back to US. Did anyone had the same situation ? Thank you
  12. That was really helpful. Thank you so much for the explanation. God bless you.
  13. Sorry for late question, I was not able to login in to my visajourney account. Could you please explain this a little better for me ? Because this is definitely something I could do. I just need more explanation how to do this. Thank you
  14. They said that is not sufficient. I got divorced in the meantime, so maybe that’s probably the reason why they were questioning if my marriage was real, I have no idea 🤷‍♀️ My ex husband is willing to cooperate with me and collect as much evidence as possible to prove USCIS that we had a real marriage. He is even willing to come to the interview with me if that could help. His mother also wants to write a affidavit letter for me.
  15. For I-751 I included: -joint taxes -apartment leases -joint health insurance -joint electricity bills -joint phone bill plan -pictures
  16. I am aware that affidavit is not a strong evidence. I am also working and collecting other evidence besides affidavits. I just would like to see an example of the affidavit, if someone can post it.
  17. Hi everyone, I started working on RFE for my I-751. And one of the evidences I want to submit are affidavits from friends and family. If someone could post an example of affidavit? Thank you
