I wouldn't worry so much for myself but I woudl call them and let them know since it looks like it is someone elses's RFE... They will loose the approval for not submitting the RFE they have never gotten the notice in the first place. probably a typo in the A# or something.....

I just came back from my trip with 10yr GreenCard, When I started checked my email, I received this email from USCIS...this is very strange...Should I just ignore this?
I already received Approval Letter/10yrs GreenCard.

After reviewed my bank account this morning, found out $545 was cashed out on 11/18/2009
Today (11/21/2009) received I-797C Notice-Receipt Date 11/16/2009.
Amount Received: $545.00
Your conditional resident status is extended for a period of one year. During the one-year extension you are authorized employment and travel.
In order to further process your petition, you will be receiving an application Support Center (ASC) appointment notice with a specific time, date, and location to capture your fingerprint, photo, and signature. You Must wait for your appointment nntice before going to the ASC for biometric processing.

My green card approval came with a date 2 years ago. My cond. green card is due Feb 26 1010 and the letter says my 90 days window statrts November 25th 2009. Did you guys got such a letter during the interview?

Yes, resend the same package.
... and to give you more peace of mind, you may want to write another check that is close to the date you re-submitted the package or maybe change the date on your cover letter and filled out I-751. You know... just to be safe...
