My husband and I have been all thru the immigration process from CR1 to citizenship. My brother in law is a 2016 DV lottery winner. He is married and together they have one child. My question is how much does he have to pay before the interview? Is there a fee per person? I understand he needs to have a physical and passport photos taken of everyone but is there an immigration fee for his wife and child. I think I read somewhere that it was $330 per person, non refundable if they didn't pass the interview fee. Any and all help would be appreciated. Thanks

Also married to a Moroccan. Will be 9 years in June. My hubby came to the US in Dec 2007 on a CR-1 visa. It took 18 months to get him here. He became a citizen in 2011.

My hubby took his Oath on June 22nd. It was scheduled for the 15th but they called and postponed it until the 22nd. Could someone pls put us in red and change the date for me also

It's sad I can't even think of the last movie I went to see in a theater. We watch a lot of Netflix movies at home though. I have really enjoyed the foreign films on Netflix. "The Sea Inside" starring Javier Bardem.....really good movie

I don't care much for Haley at all. I think that growl is way over done. It's like she can't just sing without it.

Lauren needs to build some confidence but I do enjoy listening to her. Scotty has made me want to start listening to Country again. I can't believe he and Lauren are just teenagers.

James.... what can I say other than I'm disappointed that he got voted off last week. I wasn't a fan of his "tail" but he's got a lot of talent. I'm sure there's a record deal out there with his name on it.

Does James remind anyone else of Adam Lambert? I wasn't super impressed with him in the beginning, I didn't like his "tail" and still don't. But I gotta admit that the boy catches my attention when he sings.

Can you imagine being Stefano at the moment when Pia's name is called eliminating her? Everyone in tears, knowing they all thought YOU (Stefano) should have been the one eliminated.

OMG. My jaw dropped when they announced Pia. I honestly thought she'd be in the top two.

I was pretty disappointed too. I thought she would at least be in the top 4. There are a few others I think should have gone home before her.

My husband's native tongue is Arabic but he speaks French fluently also. When we first met he began teaching me some Arabic so I could communicate with his family. He taught me to say "I love you with all my heart" in Arabic. When I said it the word heart (kabi)it came out as if I said the word for dog which is very, very close in sound. I couldn't then nor can I now say the word heart correctly. I guess I love him with all my dog LOL

I think there are a couple of others that should go before Casey goes. Really though all in all, the ones that are still on are better then last year. So much talent!
