who schedule the interview date the NVC or US Consulate overseas?

Do i have to call the NVC or the Embassy  overseas to find out if a date been scheduled it for interview?

I believe my Package left NVC   , since the US embassy  in my country not busy at all  i just  checked DHL Tracking website  i found  1 package shipped to my country destination.

I'm confused between IRS tax transcript  & federal income tax return on the Document cover sheet !

i already have all the recent 3 years IRS tax Transcriptions, do i still have to provide Federal income tax return

u need to call them so they will review ds-261 manually - if u already did that just wait 1-2 days .

i ask for supervisor , rep said unfortunately no supervisor available to take your call

he put request for supervisor to call me back tomorrow

Hi,

I called NVC today ( morning time is the best time to call usually they answer right away)

She told that the supervisor can't rellay do nohing just notifying the department about cases that time frame pass 8 weeks

Even that, u got a case number dosnt mean u can proceed until u got instructions and is not a short process 

and that could take 4 to 6 weeks

She said they received huge amount of cases from USCIS and they have people doing over time. 

Told me  only thing i can do is to waaaiiitttt

pretty sure these cases that reach out  8 weeks will change status to " for supervisor review " .

You need to call everyday,

one of the rep told me they are  overbooked , if that is the case on my opinion they need to hire  more people or create a system where we can  track our cases at least instated to call them everyday to hear the same answer.

i dont believe they process cases base of the date they received it from USCIS.
