Acone got a reaction from Mekulisch in Interview in Paris Mix-Up!
My fiance (from Portugal) had his interview to complete his K-1 Visa yesterday in Paris. He had all the paperwork and completed the online DS-160 form two months prior to the interview date. While he was flying from Lisbon to Paris, he and I received an email the day before his interview saying that he did not put Paris down as his interview location and if he doesn't fix or redo the online form by 2:00 pm local Paris time, his interview scheduled for tomorrow will be postponed til February 2019. I (in the U.S at work) replied immediately upon reading the email and said he was flying and not landing until 4:30 pm so he would not be able to fix the form and I didn't know his log in information otherwise I would have done it! So, needless to say I was a wreck and I couldn't contact my fiance until he got to his hotel to tell him to check his email and fix the online form. The embassy was closed and we had to just wait and see what would happen the next day. He arrived as soon as the embassy opened and thankfully they allowed him to fix the problem on one of their computers at the embassy. Then he sat and waited for his interview. The interview took a total of 5 minutes and he was approved. Such as stressful time but thankful everything worked out!
