but the lawyer said he can make appeal and fil new case in the same time is it true

hey i have sad story  after my interview my case send back to uscis fir review and they send me noir after i aswered the noir my status change to revocation notice was sent  and they give me 30 day to appeal  i dont khow i should appeal or file new case  i went to lawyer and he said we cand appeal and file new case in the same time   this is the letter the uscis send it to me   what shoud i do give up and ask my wife live  to come to me or appeal or file new case please help 

 the uscis web site said they send me intent revock (noir) befor11 Days And I still dont recived any letter   i try Contact with uscis but i have no answer what shoud i do now

  cr1 Visa my case returned to USCIS with a recommendation for revocation after interview  To Texas Service   what shoud i do and How long will you keep me waiting to hear new news

IEamily registration and the Joint sponsor information,t, marriage at ministry of justice or did you have a wedding and reception with family and friends, how many visits, how long have you been together, did spouse have previous marriage.

and has the petitioner attempted to contact the local state senators office for the state petitioner lives in?

 

normal processing time is 60-90 days from when the papers were received, has emails been sent to check to cairo embassy.

yes i send family registration and the Joint sponsor information, withe my passport. the passport with me now

On 8/15/2018 my interviewed in the interview. I was told to bring a joint sponsor and family registertion  and send it with my passport
On 8/29/2018 send the information
To the Embassy
But one 9/2/2018 I have a letter from the embassy telling me to come and pick up this package. the same package i send to the embassyand he said Keep these papers till we can contact you.
Then they send me this letter. If you have documents ready, please send them but the case is still under administrative process. and i did

before two months I asked the Embassy for my passport and they  send me this letter.

Please note that your passport will be sent to you by Aramex next week. Please note that the case is under administrative processing.    Imy last updated in November
six months now under administrative processing
