I had my medical yesterday and asked this question. The receptionist told me 5 working days for them to send it to the embassy and 2 working days for the embassy to process it

My husband had asked them the same question. They had said 7-10 working days. It took them 3 weeks and 4 days to send it. The embassy actually issued visa the same day they received the medical report. It’s all luck I guess. Hope they don’t delay sending your report! 😊

For some it has been taking 2 weeks, but not all. They have gotten super slow, and frankly inefficient, in 2018. Part of the wait is getting back blood work from the lab, which you won't be waiting on.

People who interviewed after him have already their passport w/visa.  They should open up another location to be honest. To only have one location for medical in such a busy embassy is not frustrating 😣

  3. Hey guys, does anyone know how long it takes for Knightsbridge to send the report to embassy? On their website it says 5-7 working days but when my husband called they said 10-14 working days. On top of that my husband had his medical on 25th of August, and they asked for the medical summary on 15th of September which we send them on the same day. 3 weeks after the medical they thought to ask for the damn summary😫

You have to call NVC to request for your interview letter asap!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will. The time frame was short between the date they scheduled the interview and the day of the interview. We received the interview email on 7/24 and the interviews on 8/15. It takes them time to send the damn letter in snail mail..Now I wish we had a later date for interview.😒

yes. if you put the UK flag on the country section...makes it easier to identify where he is having the interview. it's kinda confusing in your timeline.

I have london consulate in my timeline. It’s just when I filled up visajourney profile it asked for country of citizenship and that’s what shows up. Anyway, that’s not my primary concern right now. Thanks for your time

i am sorry, but you have a bangladesh as country of interview flag. Are you doing cr-1 in the UK actually and beneficiary is from bangladesh?

Yes My husband is a bangladesh citizen but he living in UK on a student visa. I had doubt about that too and I had called NVC about it and they said he can have interview in anywhere as long as he have valid visa in that country.

  7. Hello everyone, my husband just got his interview date yesterday for August 15th. When he called Knightsbridge for medical appointment they didn’t have any date available before August 25th. Has anyone here attended interview before their medical was done? I emailed the embassy and they said go to the scheduled interview and when they ask for medical tell them about the date.

OMG! You got an interview date for August. I had my CC on 17th, but my Embassy will make me wait until beggining of August for a date. Did you email someone for an interview that early or they just send you the date?

I am sorry I cant help you about the medical exams problem.

They emailed the interview date. To be honest I was expecting an early September interview. Now I am just hoping the medical date doesn’t cause a problem.Good luck with your journey!
