Folks. Get in touch with NvC and find out as to when the approved petition was received by nvc. If you know the date then you may track it on the following url. They update this date every Monday. It is very accurate.

I received a Welcome letter yesterday, to my great surprise. It's been 1 day short of 7 weeks since the petition's approval. Both me and my husband got the email. I didn't contact NVC in any way and I have no idea when did they received the petition. 
Now, I know most people have different experience. I suspect it was USCIS that fast tracked my petition to NVC because the approval happened past normal processing times. So no need for panic if you don't receive yours within the same timeframe. ☺️

Had my interview this morning and was approved for my visa! Very happy  

We got our NVC case number
PD 13 Feb 17
Approved 22 Oct 18
NVC received 2 Nov 18
Case and invoice numbers 17 Dec 18
 
So took 6 weeks from the date NVC received our case to getting our case numbers.

You should expect to hear something any time now. You can join this facebook group, people report their approvals there. Keep checking your case status online. Good luck! 

No i haven't paid fees but would pay this weekend, I'm trying to amend tax transcript from single to married filing separately .. 

Hello, I just wanted to update you all. Got the I-130 approval letter yesterday. PD March 9, 2017. It says they will send the case to NVC. Does anybody know what the next step is and how long it will take?
