  1. Roel and Greenhaum,

Thank you very much for your comments.

I understand that USCIS is just checking if required documents are included and scanning them.

I read many comments saying that people sent many pictures with I-129f and this made me really concerned.

I was not aware that proofs are not essential at this time. Yes, I am going to bring pictures for the interview.  Thank you again!

  2. Hi! Everyone at VisaJourney. I’m the first time poster. My question is that it is meaningful to send more pictures as evidence of relationship to USCIS after sending I-129f.

My fiancé sent I-129f on March 2018 and we are expecting to received NOA2 in the beginning of coming October.

I and my fiancé were together as a couple in the US more than yen years ago. At that time, I was a student with F1 Visa and I had to go back to my country after graduation.

Although we talked about getting marry in the US, he did nothing to keep me in the US legally.  I was very upset that he didn’t propose me before my graduation and went back to Japan with a broken heart.

After that, he came to Japan to tell me sorry and he wanted to marry me but I couldn’t forgive him at that time.  Eventually I decided to break up with him.

Last year, he informed me that he was going to come to japan as a business trip.  We met in person and decided to spend the rest of our life together.

Our I-129f included the letter of intent marry explaining all of above and only one photo showing us together.

After we decide to get marry, we met three times in person.  However, unfortunately we took only one photo after realizing it is essential for applying K1 Visa.

Now I am wondering if we should have attached photos taken ten years ago to show that we used to be together as a couple.

We were together for 4 years so we have many pictures and some on them were with our families.

Do you think it is ok to send additional photos to USCIS from the past to proof that we used to be together at this moment?

I am very worried that we may get REF because of the lack of photos and hopefully I can do anything do about it now.

    Any advices will be appreciated.

    Thank you in advance!
