It is the email from NVC with your interview date. If you have not received an email like that then call NVC and tell them you have not receive your P4 interview email. It is very important you have it

Thank you for your quick feedback :) I've received the e-mail from NVC but not the letter, is it NVC who send the letter as well? Do you think I should call them? Thanks a lot!!

Most countries requires the interview letter as proof before conducting a medical exam. Best ask at where you will be going for the exam. Do remember that medical exams expire  in six months I thknk from the day it is done.    Any delay in your case may require another medical if it expires before your interview

Thank you Selsi! The doctor is fine with that! I thought I read something like not going to the medical exam more than 45 days before the interview but I guess I'm wrong? Thank you :)

  3. hey!

i'm not sure what to do because on the welcome email from NVC they said to upload the documents on the CEAC website but then on the cover sheet it's writen :

    Quote

You MUST RETURN THIS COVER SHEET with the Petitioner's completed forms and supporting documents.
Failure to do so will delay your visa(s). Please attach this page to the front of the documents for this case and mail to:

    National Visa Center
    Attn. CMR AOS

Has anyone gotten the answer that they received the case today, but it's been over 8 weeks that they've been telling us to wait for a case number? I'm so confused. It was sent to a supervisor a couple of days ago so maybe it means a supervisor has gotten it? I hope they didn't mess something up.. We've already been waiting for over 8 weeks.

it take 6 weeks from USCIS to NVC, then you can call in NVC and ask if they received your package, make sure ask when they received so you can count from that day to 2 weeks to get the case number.

after you get the case number then you can wait 3 days to paid your first fee then another 3 days to pay the next week then you mail your documents to NVC.

when they received it then you can count up to 5- 11 weeks for case completed.

some people get case completed in 3 weeks so I wish you good luck.

Thank you very much for all the details !! :) :)
