Congratulations!!

Had my interview in Kyiv, Ukraine yesterday! Was APPROVED!😃 Glory to God for guiding us all🙏 In total it took about an hour and a half since I entered the embassy and had my approval. The consular officer was very polite. She asked some standard questions like When and where did you meet? How many times he visited you? What's he doing for living? And some questions about me. She looked through our correspondence and pics very carefully. And said: Well, everything is fine here and your visa is approved! I couldn't hide my emotions and a wide clown smile couldn't leave my face😅. I had a huge pile of different papers with me like nobody else in the embassy🙄 The lady asked only for my original civil docs. But there were ladies before me whose cases were delayed due to lack of only one document. So what I want to say it's better to get ready very thoroughly and think of each doc you take with you. Now waiting for my passport delivery. I wish good luck to all those of you who are still in process! It will end good with God's help and you'll join your loved ones!

God is good!! Had our interview this morning in Montreal and are APPROVED. I can’t even believe it!!! Such a happy day

Praise the Lord! Hallelujah! God has given us Victory! My husband VISA IS APPROVED! 💃💃💃💃💃💃💃💃💃💃. He was asked seven questions. The CO was very nice and polite

2. Who petition for you
3. What does I do
4. What does he do
5. Who is living with me
6. Where is my father
7. What job he will be doing in the US
 
I am beyond excited and happy . Thank you all for your prayers and best wishes. I am very emotional right now, tears of joy. God bless you all 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Dont Panic.
My son  IR 2 interview was  in JuNe 2018 and was denied on first interview at islamabad embassy,his interview was taken by black cosular and he told me that she was polite and good and she told him to upload affidavat of support on CEAC as his case was expedited at NVC and he had not uploaded anything at CEAC and secondly to bring correct size  pictures.
He uploaded the documents on the same day at diplomatic shuttle and take the correct size pictures back after half hour again to embassy.
There was only pakistan staff remaining in embassy,they told him that when tomorrow the consular which took your interview will came back,she will make decision on your case.
On next day at 11 A.M his visa was issued.
So dont panic provide them correct documents you will get something soon.

In Pakistan,only a few find their soulmate through love.
 
Customarily,their marriages are arranged by both families which is legal and very fine with the US immigration.
 
In Nigeria,a consular officer may deny an IV because the bride is older but in other countries it's normal.
In Nigeria,a consular officer may deny an IV because the marriage was arranged but in Pakistan,it's legal and of course its what the Consular Officer wants to hear/know.
In Nigeria,a consular officer may deny an IV because the age difference between the couple is over 30yrs but in the Philippines it's not a red flag. 
 
Different countries with their customs and traditions.
 
Always be well-informed before you pass judgement.

@lousiaC do not be discouraged for not hearing you are Approved from the CO. It is always a good sign when the CO keeps your passport, just send the documents requested. Take heart dear it will end in your favor. We all praying for you and your husband, may God give you both strength 🙏🏽🙏🏽

I have read many threads here on VJ, usually CO return your passport immediately stating that you were not granted a visa. The reason will not be disclosed however .
But if they have kept your passport then it's a temporarily denial.

@lousiaC Abies is right ,delay is not a denial Just do what CO has asked you to.
Don't lose hope.

It is well my dear friend. Submit the documents to them and lets see what happens after then.
The Consular officer has no right to deny a visa. She's only going to send the file back to the U.S. for possible revocation which the uscis will send you guys a NOIR. With a sound rebuttal,it will be re affirmed for a second interview.
