Upon looking at the spreadsheet it seems like most of the CR1 has MSC as service center code and based on the article posted by USCIS it seems like MSC will be routed for the interview, others will be routed for interview waiver determination. It will be interesting to see CR 1 folks that has not received the NOA yet will follow the same pattern or not. Btw what visa type is CR1?
 
For example, the speakers confirmed that I-751 receipt numbers with the prefix MSC are routed for interview scheduling; receipt numbers that do not contain the MSC prefix (e.g., EAC, VSC, LIN, etc.) are routed to the appropriate service center for an interview waiver determination. 

For EAD/AP no interview is required, before getting GC you’ll have to go for interview

Not sure how many of you guys follow the January filers forum but a lot of users have got the interview around last week of April. Users who have got interviews are pretty much adjusting from K1 or B2 visa. Seems like by the end of April February filers will start getting the interview notice too. Below is the link to the January fillers, if anyone is interested in reading start reading the experiences from the page 82. Users like me adjusting from F1 visa might have to wait idk for how long
