It would be adjudicated at the field office. Some are fast some are slow. Few months to over a year.

Which FO is she assigned to? Sometimes parents are approved without interview. That may or may not speed things up. 

Appeal it for uscis error.

Yeap. Every state has vaccine records. For all vaccines. And usually laws that require record keeping during epidemics. Check with your state department of health. I got a paper from the Texas State department of health services, signed by a government official with my name and my shots. Verified by the state with verification code and some numbers. Looks legit. 

Vaccine requirements are quite common. Specially for yellow fever (an specially morbid vaccine). There's even a UN certificate for this. Nothing needs to be invented. Just applied. As to whether it makes sense in a public health manner, I don't know. It's an easy political point anyway. Let me illustrate:

I hear right wing crowds chanting:

- do you like foreign diseases coming here? NO

- do you like potentially infected foreigners coming here, with no vaccine ??? HELL NO

I hear left wing crowds chanting:

- we ALL should be vaccinated? YES

- Should it be mandatory? YES

- Should you get it to come to America? YES

BTW I think it's already in the needed vaccinations for adjustment of status! Correct me if I'm wrong. 

The recent FDA approval makes moots the experimental argument so no further comment on it. Again all travel is discretionary and no one is forcing anyone to do so, and requirement of vaccination for travel had been commonplace for a long long time!

There is an N400 thread in trackitt.com, thats specific to Houston. Look there for the Google doc.

There is google docs spreadsheet in another forum, where you can TRACKIT... The days for interview notice after n400 have come down from 450 days in 2017, to 280 days now.

Oath Ceremony Will Be Scheduled". Does anyone how long before the oath ceremony document is uploaded online? 

They usually schedule the upcoming ceremony on the Friday following a Wednesday ceremony. That from reconstructing data from the forum. At least this held water for my case. I know there is a ceremony on July 10th. Maybe that Friday? Usually online be next monday or Tuesday.

It was very direct....

Placed both under oath.

I: Looks like you sent a lot of things with your package. (Looking and the height of the stack of papers). There bank info, pictures and a house with kids. I will aprove It. Let's move on to the N400.

Me: Ok.

Then civics, English, and yes/no questions. Approved on the spot and out the door in 25 min. 

Got back from combo interview. I751 approved, conditions lifted. 

N400 approved, oath date TBD.

They mentioned July 24th or August 21st. I was hoping for July 10th. Time to tell.

Anyone knows the average time from notice to interview date? And from there to oath? Yesterday I got a message of "action in your case, interview scheduled". But there is no letter on the website... Should it come in the mail I guess?

For those who have a online combo n400/i751 application.

How long after your case was transferred to the NBC did you receive the interview notice?

Almost all the i751/n400 combo filers did not get their i751 approved as the solo filers have. Most of them have transferred somewhere else. Likely to join your n400 application at your local office or the NBC. Let's see what the transfer notice says. Mine got transfered yesterday.

I think none of the approvals are combo applications. I am 751&400... At Houston. So still looking like several more months.

Have any of the approved cases been a combo N400? I think they are delaying those until combined adjudication.

Ah. Then yes. Bigamy is a specified bar to naturalization. 

Bottom of the story. Don't lie. It's fraud and should get you in trouble in the near or the short term. If you lie, it is wrong. Dont expect sympathy from others and don't proclaim knowledge of it the internet. 

The Material facts are more related to the: have you ever commited a crime and not been arrested or charged. And you may have jaywalked that very morning, or sped over the limit without being pulled over and failed/forgot to disclose. Its not material. Now if you comitted arson or bigamy.... That's a different story. 

Marriage.... It's kind of hard to believe you forgot.

In my unprofessional opinion, this is a grounds for Denationalization. I think they can strip away your Citizenship later for failure to disclose a material fact.

 

@Nthom1222I have no idea why would not mention that you were married during your Citizenship interview. It would have made ZERO difference, but you did fail to disclose a material fact.

 

I would assume if you sponsor him, they will find this out and try to revoke your Citizenship.

Material facts are those that if known or disclosed would change the decision or outcome of the procedure. For example if you were getting a green card as an "unmarried son or daughter" and you withheld information about a marriage it would indeed be a material fact concealment and therefore fraud. However if you naturalize based on 5 years as a PR then it wouldn't be material. 

Good news! In the quarter April -june 2018, Houston FO finally processed more applications that it received! The pending queue should stop getting longer and longer.

Received 6881 applications, approved 6595 and denied 415. Still, Houston has 44511 applications pending, the longest backlog in the country.

They can't process it Ohio or Indiana just because they have more office personel. By law it has to be processed in the place in which you reside. Technically the local court could do it (as they have for most of US history).
