    After I 130 approval. How long does the petition take to get an interview from the NVC usually?

    how were you notified? via text? Does it make a difference if your petition was submitted electronically vs mailed in?

    PD is August 4, 2023. Texas SC. Dates after mine have been approved. Is there usually a reason mine is still pending? Or the cases arent done in date order?

    When I checked my case status today, it has stayed the same since we submitted it. Is this good news or bad news? Doesnt seem like they have done anything with it. Two different cases, wife and step daughter. "On August 4, 2023, we received your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number IOE......, and sent you a receipt notice or acceptance notice. The notice describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."
