I am sure the element is fine.. it was working before I changed the temp. I think I just turned it down too low.. it is heating otherwise my shower would have been stone cold..lol

Ahhh shopping for baby stuff is so much fun. I have a baby shower to go to on Saturday and shopping for it was dangerous and awesome. So many cute things.

There's a spider in the women's bathroom. And I'm the only woman here, so I'm the only one who has to deal with it. Sometimes I will ask one of the guys to go in and kill bugs for me but this spider doesn't move. He just chills in his spot and he's been there for WEEKS. I thought he was dead but he moved today.
I hate spiders and bugs in general but I feel like this one and I are becoming friends. As long as he stays in his spot.

This thread may be giving Mr Smiley/Mrs Carrot a run for their money.

as for the lid he looked on craigslist and someone was giving the weber away for free. we use the bottom part as a fire pit.. he painted the lid red, it was originally brown...
