Of course I post this and at almost 11 at night we get the email about our new card being produced!! So hopefully the  IO was able to change her last name to mine. He
Said he was unaware of being able to do that.

Can anyone confirm lockers near the us embassy for cell phones? My fiancee has an interview this Thursday and how do you uber back if you don't have a cell phone. I heard there was lockers across the street but can't find that post again.

I meant to call the NVC or US Embassy to confirm this yesterday because that ^^^ makes sense to us too. Our lawyer though said cumulative time so we put Russia and Singapore as needing Police reports. Guess I should've called to confirm this before. Thanks I'll copy the response from US embassy here. I appreciate the help.
