Okay let me try and break it down. After you have received a letter from NVC telling you that they have shipped your package off to the Embassy in Kingston Jamaica your fiance will have to go to the post office or where ever his mailing address is to collect a package. The Kingston Embassy will send this package which might take 2-3 weeks to receive it. Just tell your fiance to keep checking. In the package they will give you instructions of what they want you to bring to the embassy, that of which I had already given to you.
1. The police record cost 6000 if you want it back in one week time.
2. The certificate of impediment which cost 10000 if you want it back 3-5 working days. This you can tell your fiance to go to a Registrar general office to get one.
3. Oh your fiance needs to get his vaccination. That cost the most if he is cannot find his vaccination card. Tell him to go to his nearest clinic to get the vaccination he is messing. 
4. Affidavit of support. 
5.your fiance birth certificate and a copy
7. And evidence of your communicating within the two year time span.
 
Ensure you label them correctly and put them in order. 
 
Just work on those for now until you get the package in the mail. 
 
Once you receive the package it is gonna give you a link to register online to make your appointment to go to the embassy and also a link to St. Andrew Memorial Hospital for your fiance to do his medical.

The things that youll need are:
A copy of you I129 form
The original and copy of your beneficiary's birth certificate
A certificate of impediment (get it from RGD, its to state whether your fiance is married or not)
A police record
Affidavit of support you can get that form online (tax return, bank statment, letter from employer)
Evidence of you being together 

Yes if you call NVC you can get you interview date. Once its said in transit. BTW you're the second person on here (K1 Jamaica) that got this notice today.  lol dont mind me, Im just keep track and stalking CEAC website for my in transit notice as well. best of luck. please update if you call NVC and get your date.

What documents should I start gathering at this point, what documents are needed from and for my beneficary. The embassy is in Kingston Ja btw. Also does this mean they have chosen a date for me?

This is the truest statement.  2wks I can deal with.  That 6 1/2 month wait was agonizing!
