Hello everyone I need some help. I am filing n-400 for my mother. She has her medical waiver form N-648 from her doctor. Now the question is what should i answer for questions 46-50 on N-400, YES or NO? Need your kind response.

Hello everyone, i am filing n-400 for my mother. She got her medical certificate N-648 described her inability to learn English and civics. Now I have some confusion regarding some questions.

What should I select for questions 46-50. Yes or No? What would be the correct answers for those questions as she is submitting disability waiver with Application. Your experienced answers would be a great help.

You don’t need to worry about it as long as you have submitted every required documents. Just wait keep patience you will receive your DQ very soon In Shaa Allah. Due to Covid-19 NVC taking longer time to process cases.

Yeah I totally understood. He is practicing his application form, getting help from youtube and online to improve his English. He is also going to citizenship test preparation classes. Hope he will get through this time

He don’t know how to file. He didn’t understand some questions interviewer asked. So he failed English understanding part.

Hi vj people. I need some help. I am filing n-400 2nd time for my relative. He didn’t pass first time in his both chances. As it is now his 2nd application what box should i tick for question 1, part 12 ( question is have you ever claimed to be a us citizen). I wanted to tick yes as he applied once and it’s his second time. But some places it’s written that Any yes answer of any questions of that part cause the application refused. Please help me if anyone experienced with this issue. Thank you

If you submit irs transcripts then you don’t need w2. If you submit tax return form ( 1040, 1040A, 1040EZ) then you have to submit w2 alongside it as well.

As you said your case at uscis now and if there no response till now try to contact them more frequently. If it doesn’t work like that way you better seek help from your local congress representative so they can contact on behalf of you. Only do it when you think your case taking longer time then usual.

I didn’t submit I-130 cover letter and yet my case was approved and now waiting for Interview letter

Its depends on Interview slot at Consulate or Embassy in chargable country. I mean its up to how busy they are. Some Embassy go backlogged. So after your case complete at nvc its all depend on foreign Embassy

Hope everyone is in good health. Well its been 3 days my brother petition package (I-130) delivered to uscis and form g-1145 also included but still no email. Is it normal? Because they said they send email within 24 hours. Another thing is package delivery time left me little worried. According to tracking(usps) delivery time was 5:22am. Is there any post office in Chicago open that early? Even uscis not open until 9 i think. Does anybody here had similar issue before.Help me out please 

Yes they will send your card to your mailing address. It could be anywhere within state. Its better if you update your mailing address with usps

Hi i called I-797 a approval letter but some one arguing its not approval letter its approval notice. So what is approval letter then? Who issue it? Please help i am a bit confused 

Hi VJ members i have a question please help. Does visa officials ask for I-864 form at Interview  if its already submitted to the NVC. Does it require to bring to the interview even its not mentioned in the interview letter. Please share your interview experience
