we're playing charades at this point. The doctor you went to before going to embassy should've given you exact copy of the filled out DS3025 (other was in the packet for POE). it should say atleast which shots you have and which you are missing, UNLESS you didn't tell him or showed the doctor your records.

they didn't ask anything from me expect asking me if i want to get my shot to them where i went to get my medical done and i didn't do it there coz my fiancee told me i can do it here in the US instead so the medical center i went to gave me a piece of paper with different labels of shots in it and everything is blank no check no nothing. they just simply told me to show that paper to where i have to re-do my physical...

If DS-3025 isn't marked complete, you generally need a whole new medical once you get here. ALSO, you need all shots transcribed from DS-3025 to I-693. You should've given the "Shot book" or whatever you do in Your country to keep track of shots administered, to be put on DS-3025. You cannot file AoS with incomplete DS3025, you need a whole need medical thats marked complete (I-693), along with missing shots.
    Hope that helps.

well i tried to attach the copy of my file here but it don't work the size is too big i wish i could send it to you... everything is blank

  3. Good day to everyone I have concern as everyone else who goes over to this page... I am filing for AOS and other forms along with it... but I am confused about my DS-3025 or my vaccine records. They did sputum test on me but I came out negative in all tests.. when I get here they just gave me a paper with all vaccines and stuff but its all blank and when I got here they ask me to take the paper to a civil service doctor but when I took it there they didn't know what to do... so do i... do i have to get all the shots that is on the paper? I didn't get the shot in the Philippines where I am from my fiancee now husband told me to take them here instead

    You're welcome!

PS if you have yet to file AOS you might want to join the January 2019 AOS Filers group.

It will be more current for the process you are going through with filling out the AOS documents. While it's good to be in here for research, it might not be of much help as everyone in here is unactively just waiting as we filed in Oct 2018.

    thank you so much

how's everything for you? is there any progress yet? I am still completing the form I-864 (affidavit of support) and kinda confusing about the part where it is asking for the Sponsor's Household :(

Do I put 1 into Number 3 or just leave it blank? Coz we are married already

I enclosed this in my mail @Drillerone . I grouped the forms with their corresponding support documents. Just make sure you go to USCIS website for the updated forms.

I may have overdone the supporting documents for Form 1-864, but I just submitted everything I have. Hope this makes filling those forms up easier for you!

What is the Form I-131 I looked for it in google it says Application for Travel Document... did you submit all of these forms all at once?

Nope, you didnt. I don't think so. I actually hated that I applied for SSN first. For some reason our office here is not familiar with the process even if the first time I went there, I specified that it is under K1 (its not everyday they have to process K1. Had to go back to the office after waiting over a month to talk to another officer and stressed again that its a K1 process-got it a week later. I also wanted to change my name when I went there, bringing with me my marriage cert but they said NO-I didn't wanna argue with them anymore. So I would need to go back there again once I get my GC or EAD card to change my name.

This delayed my AOS filing I have to wait for my actual SSN to arrive so I can put my SSN nos in the forms.

I applied my K2's SSN thru EAD, btw.

you've been through a lot :( . I feel like i am in a dark room and don't know what to do  :(

You will have it figured out. I think you have mostly of the supporting documents in your hands since we had them before we came here. Print your I-94 also, you need to send copies along with each form.

Just follow the list I sent, if you have questions feel free to ask. So far I didn't get an RFE yet so figured I filed them correctly. I am just waiting for my interview now. My status said it is ready to be scheduled. Just hoping it will soonest :)

congratulations on your journey your almost over with am just starting and already did messed up :(

You will have to apply for your SSN on the I765 now because you are already married. That means that you will not be able to get health insurance or a bank account or other things like that until your EAD is approved in 4 to 6 months from AOS application. Also this means that you will have to hurry and apply for those things after you get your SSN as you should have them as joint evidence supporting your bonafide marriage for your AOS interview.

I didn't know that its all a catastrophe coz all we were worried about before what just getting married and not thinking of other legal documents that we should do. is it possible to send my application all together the AOS and EAD?

Are you in a hurry to get the SSN? You can request one when you fill out the EAD or I-765.

Not sure about not being able to apply after marriage, all I know is I had a hard time getting my SSN, it took me almost 2 months.

Had I known, I would've not wasted time getting it in advance.

I am not in a hurry to get SSN... I just don't know which one should be my priority right now coz tomorrow my husband and I will get SSN... I am planning to sort the Forms after thanks giving and I will submit the AOS and EAD all at once.

Does this mean we can skip it for now coz everyone I talked to about SSN They got theirs two weeks after their arrival here and it was already too late for me coz I am already married. I just am one month over with the two weeks time they were saying. Am not sure I am totally confused. Where should I focus now... is it the AOS and just wait for the SSN later?
