I already made the interview appointment online and I see everywhere that they ask for a case id or ds-160 number during the application but mine didn't ask that. Should I be worried?
-
Can we submit the DS-160 when our case is in transit or do we wait until it says ready?

Quick question. I am the petitioner and for the visa application in fiancé's country we can pay $265 either cash or debit. Can I use my debit card and pay for it from the U.S???

Mine took 2 days.
From what I've been hearing electronic cases arrive faster at the embassy, correct? I just need to schedule the interview fast, since POE is June 14th and I'm sort of freaking out.

Has yours arrived at the embassy or does is it still at the NVC?

Does anyone know how long it takes for them to assign a case # for an electronic case? I called 4/27 and said they received my case that day. When can I start calling?

So my case was received at the NVC today!!! NOA2 was April 9th online. How early can I call to receive the case #??

If the security checks are pending does that mean that they might approve my case soon? I'm an August 16th filer

Hi guys, quick question. I sent an inquiry to USCIS about my case. The immigration officer responded by saying that the required security check is still pending. My NOA1 is August 16th. How long will it take for my case to be approved?
-
Does anyone know if USCIS has touched/approved August 16 cases? I can already feel the gray hairs coming in because of how nervous and impatient I am
-
Why did the USCIS app do this to me? Ughhhh I nearly had a heart attack for no reason

Hi guys! I've been a long time lurker and I am really confused about the income requirements. I haven't even gotten my NOA2 yet but I want to get ahead. I see some websites where they say I (the petitioner) need to meet the 125% income requirements and some where they say I need to meet the 100% income requirement for form I-134. Which one is it? please help
