When August interview date me are being set does this mean all those who are waiting with CCs in April and May will get ILs or how does it usually work? My CC is at the very end of May- and was wondering if i should just prepare for a Sept interview date ? Although ofcourse I would love an August one

This makes me so sad. It’s been almost 6 weeks for me too for ir5 for parents. No news.

Based on what I have seem to be gathering, it appears a number of people (for Mumbai consulate) who were waiting in CC state from Jan 2019 through late April 2019 got their IL for July 2019 on Friday (June 21st). My cases obviously didn’t make the cut that day, so I’m hoping it will make the cut in the July date. Not sure when that would be, but my sense (or hope ) is that it will be anywhere from mid July through end of July.

@wisedog- thanks for the detailed explanation. Based on my case complete date of May 28th when do you think I’ll get my IL and have an actual interview. Like you I am waiting on pins and needles for this.

Hi circular- what visa category were you on ? What kind of escalations did you go to get them to consider your case earlier ?

My case complete date is May 28th. This is so disappointing to read that it is taking over 8 weeks to even receive an interview date. Earlier this year per the document wisedog posted, people from Mumbai were around 60 data case complete to actual interview date. Suddenly processing has slowed down dramatically. 😞

Which hotel did you book your mom in ? When you say- they requested documents first before the 5hr wait- which documents were they requesting ?

NSC shows that it is processing sibling petitions in 10-13 months. My parents I-130 was approved in Nebraska but I’m not sure why my brothers case went to California ??

How do you know that F4 sibling petitions are only processed at CSC ?

I have not read / heard anything. Would love any perspective from you or others on this forum.

It’s been 2 years for me since I stayed this process- but part of it has been due to delay on my side. I will let you know if I hear anything about interview experience at the Mumbai consulate. 

When your parents go get an interview date- will you be going with them to India for their interview ?
