    Noted. And yes, I’ve sent my renewals in, but life circumstances change shortly after and now I have to move to another address (thankfully, same state). And it looks like we can’t file it online if we are pending/approved VAWA. Only physical mailing.

    Can someone help me with the right process to file a paper AR-11? do I just mail in one AR-11 for all of my pending forms to Vermont? I-360, I-130, i-485, I-765 (renewal), I-131 (renewal). How do I indicate to USCIS that the AR-11 form is for all the applications above? In the online AR-11 form, it asks for form numbers, form sub type, receipt number, zip code used when filed. But these required information are missing from the paper AR-11. @sandranj @balo101

    What happens if your status has not been adjudicated by the date listed on the Paroled stamp and you’re still in the country with a pending VAWA / pending I-485? Does that make you an overstayer ?

    Out of curiosity- for those who have traveled back to the US on Advanced Parole, what does the stamp on your passport say? Does it say how many days you’re allowed to be in the US like a regular tourist visa would’ve?

    Divorce with abusive ex wife (USC) finalized today… feeling upset and bittersweet that it had to happen this way.. coming 2 years this November and counting since I filed for I-360… my i-485 has been held in abeyance but filed since 2020… how long more to go…

    Hi Balo. Thanks for confirming. I will remove 4,5,6. However on USCIS website it says to include copy of electronic I-94 printout - is this necessary for a renewal?

    I’m guessing that’s a yes - perhaps point 4 & 5 not necessary ?

    Can somehow help me confirm if this is all I need to send, and if this is the right place to send to? Again, I’m pending I-485 and pending I-360 VAWA. My combo card is expiring 8/18/23 which makes the earliest date of renewal 2/19/23 (180 days). Thanks.

    Preparing to send in my i-765 and I-131 combo card renewal. I have a pending I-485 and pending I-360 VAWA. Do I send both I-765 and I-131 renewal to Vermont?

    Out of curiosity, do you think I can get my i-360 approved and have my I-485 (currently held in abeyance) approved all before the 2024 election cycle? Or at least by January 2025? i submitted my I-130 and I-485 Dec 2020 Abeyance request for I-485 submitted and received on Nov 2021 i-360 was also submitted and received on Nov 2021. currently on C09 from my initial I-765 when filed I-485 that is set to expire august 2023. Can I submit for renewal in February 2023? have one prima facie on hand since April 2022 @sandranj @Demise @TBoneTX

    Question: I filed for 485 Dec 2020 i did my 693 and had the civil surgeon signed it on Aug 2021 covid vaccine directive started on Oct 2021 can I still use the same medical report so long as my 485 gets adjudicated before aug 2023?

    Currently In the process of waiting to get my VAWA and AOS approved. Divorce proceedings is also underway.. lately I’m also starting to date someone else and my question is, is it recommended for me to post photos of me and my new partner on social media and have my relationship status on social media changed to me and my new partner, instead of me and my abuser USC spouse?

    @sandranj - 25 months from receipt date of I-360 submission, or 25 months from the issuance of PF determination?
