You are not supposed to send any originals to NVC just copies. That's the purpose of the interview. You can sign another form but the interviewer may inquire further as to why it's a different signature than the copy they have.
I sent just copies for everything else but I missed this! I sent this this original!

Usually the signed original copy (in ink) that was submitted to the NVC is given to them. They do not want scanned copies they want the original.
I sent that copy to NVC. But for the interview, do I have to print out, fillup, sign again?

YES. The original signed copy must be taken to the interview. It's a legally binding contract.
Thanks! If I sign and scan and she gets the print out? Will that work?

Does anyone know about taking AOS form to the interview. I filed I-864EZ, does my wife have to take it in the interview?

Congratulations. Thank you for filling out the form. I have updated you.
Mine was 25, on the spreadsheet I saw it's 26. March 26 is a government holiday in Bangladesh.

No, I am Eb1a
For Eb-1, there is a limitation. They provide 140,000 visas per year in this category. India and China has most EB-1 applicants. If your priority date is current and the visa is available, you will get the invitation for the interview.

I'm afraid but I do not think that works like that... my CC is 5th December and I saw too many other cases before mine got interview and I did not yet.
Are you CR1?

That’s what I’m hoping for too! Someone I know got their CC on December 28th and was scheduled for February 10th. That makes me believe hopefully there aren’t too many applicants and we have some hope I will keep you posted!
congrats on the interview btw, I hope it’s a smooth journey.
Thank you. Yup, Good luck and keep us posted.

Just got an email from NVC stating “The applicant is now in the queue awaiting an interview appointment overseas”
sigh...
Dont' worry. They schedule according to the case completion. If your CC is on 15th. There could be more CC ahead of you. My CC was on Jan 12th, I got interview date on March 25th. Can you imagine the people you got CC on January 25th, they might not even get the schedule in Dhaka Embassy. In India, they have Mumbai and Delhi. Hopefully you will get yours. Because US embassies in India are faster than Dhaka.

Thanks for the info. But still, there is a big difference between 1st,2nd,3rd,29th,30th and the rest. Doesn't hurt to call NVC and check your case on these days.
It depends. If one of these days fall into holidays or weekend, then it changes. But basically 90% of the cases are scheduled during this timeframe. I agree.

I analyzed 3705 cases and summarized them in the charts below.
Most cases are scheduled on 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 29th, 30th monthly, you should call them in the end of these dates. The rest of the month, they are just chilling.
And somehow they don't want put much effort in January and November. On the other hand, they like scheduling people in December. :)) I don't know why but maybe they want to finish the work as soon as possible and go home for the holidays.
They don't schedule manually. There are multiple computer chips that monitor the activity. Each embassy around the world send their open slots to NVC each month and the computer chips are told to schedule the completed case based on embassy's open slots. Each case go themselves and get scheduled according to the case completion. Since it is programmed, there should a specific timeframe for scheduling. The time frame is last week of the month through the first week of the next month. After that, they only schedule if the specific embassy gets cancellation or re-scheduled cases.

Okay everyone it's the 29th Interview scheduling start for March. Please report back here and fill out the form so I can update the spreadsheet. All the best to everyone
NVC says they schedule according to the case completion. For CR/IR, visas are immediately available. If my case was completed at the same of others (F2,F3 etc.) Priority date is current and visas available, who would get the faster schedule?
Do you have any idea about this scheduling rules?
Thanks in advance. -
Yes, They started scheduling for the march. I haven't gotten my schedule but hopefully they will!

Well end of month is passing and no one from us got any interview date so i guess in next month
Because they won't start scheduling until last week of the month. This will continue until Feb 9-10. I have seen people's time saying. CC 15, Then Interview scheduled on 28 or 29 for the following month. I don't think they schedule manually. Computer chips monitor the interview spots and put according to the case completion. There are other visa categories also. Lets pray, In sha Allah we will get in March.

Hi! Thanks for your detailed response
I noticed that too and so when I called them about 2 days ago; asked if it was true. They said they did typically start last week of the month into the first week of the new month. They also told me that scheduling for March had just about started. I’ve seen so many people way before me waiting, so just curious to see if March will be full or they’ll manage to squeeze me in.
Good luck to you too
Thanks! my CC is 1/12. Just praying to get an appointment in March

Ahhh not sure if I should call them or just hang in there 😩
I see your case got completed on 23rd. NVC does most of the schedules during the last week and the first week of the month for upcoming month according to the first come, first serve. So, in that case they will start scheduling on Monday for March. They will schedule according to the case completion, meaning let's say there are 20 completed cases already in the line to get scheduled in your Embassy and your's is 21st. So, after scheduling those 20 cases, they will schedule yours.
I have been researching people's timeline and saw, majority of the completed cases get scheduled during last and first week of the month. Hang tight and All the best.
