I have a question, who typically receives the interview letter? Petitioner, beneficiary or our lawyer? Or do we all get one? 😳

Passport photos are not signed. Hand print full name on back for petitioner. Not needed at all for beneficiary unless in the USA at the time of filing.
"Sign" the cover letter, check and I-130. No other signatures at this time.
We got an rfe for not including passport photos for my husband (beneficiary) with our I-130 even though my husband lives abroad. My lawyer said when they say jump we say how high and please and thank you. Basically, just give them whatever they ask for even if it's not supposed to be necessary.

We didn't send any evidence with our I-130 petition and we got an rfe for it. They specifically asked we prove our relationship is bona-fide. Once we submitted all the proof we had (photos, plane tickets, letter explaining how we met and how our relationship progressed) the I-130 was approved.

Hi, my husband is also from UK and we are in the final stages of the process. I submitted the I-130 petition for him last August. Make sure you include photos, conversations and plane tickets etc with the I-130. We didn't because we thought it wasn't needed until the interview. We got rfe for it which delayed the process somewhat. After your I-130 is approved you will get a notice to pay the additional fees for his visa and the financial stuff. After you pay you upload your financial information and his visa application. Once they review the documents and approve that you will wait for the interview letter. Once you have that he goes for the medical exam and then the interview. We are currently waiting for the interview to be scheduled. Good luck!

Hi, so I am trying to gather as much information as I possibly can. I plan to marry my fiance in a few months and then file cr1 for him. He is a UK citizen. I will need a cosponsor as I have not made enough in the past 3 years. I understand that I will have to still fill the affidavit as the primary sponsor even though I don't meet the requirements. Here is where it get's weird. I have only recently gotten a divorce, we've been separated for awhile but only filed for divorce in the beginning of this year, basically so I could remarry. So taxes I filed for the past 5 years were married jointly with my ex-husband. I am guessing I do need to include those tax returns even though I wasn't making any money and all the information is my ex-husbands?
Question number two, my ex husbands offered to cosponsor for my new husband to be, which again, is going to look really weird and although would be the easiest way as I already have all his financial information etc but am worried it will throw a lot of red flags.
To be honest, I am afraid everything will be one huge red flag.

Hello,
I just had my interview and it really didn't go well. I am sort of freaking out at the moment. Lady interviewing me said she needs to review my case more before she can make a decision. She said that it seems to her that I received my 10 year green card based on a marriage that was not working already and that I was already planning to leave my husband. Which, at the time we sent the papers for condition removal was simply not the case. I did leave my husband about 2 months after I received the green card so I understand how it looks.
Here is timeline, it's very confusing.
August 2009 - we file for 10 year green card
September 2009 - I meet a man online that I occasionally chat with (my now husband of 4 years)
October 2009- I receive 10 year green card, no interview
November 2009- I meet my current husband in person
December 2009 - Me and my daughter move out
January 2010 - I am pregnant
April 2010 my husband files for divorce
July 2010 we are divorced
October 2013 I married my current husband
I understand exactly what it looks like and I did the best I could to explain to the lady that many times people meet and marry, fall in love out, of love, have children in weeks time. Which is what happened to me.
My question is, once she denies my N-400, how likely is it my green card will be taken away and I will face deportation ? Is there any chance for me to fight this? Apply for a new green card through my current marriage? If I do get deported, will I have a fighting chance to take my 3 kids with me? Or will they be required to stay in the USA because their dads are US citizens? I do have a meeting set up with immigration lawyer on Monday, but I have not slept since I had the interview 2 days ago and I just need to get an idea what might happen.
Thank you so much for reading.
