Hello Dalila! Congrats for your CC!
We had our CC in May and no appointment yet.
On Facebook groups I saw that some people with CC in October 2018 just got their appointments for next month. Seems like we need to be patient 😉
My husband has his appointment on September 6th our cc was October 2018

This week NVC gave appointments for some people with CC in October, November and even January 😮
They skipped some September cases but apparently, they are moving faster than before

In our case, we receive the CC (confirmation letter ) on May 9, 2018, and we got our appointment date on Dec 31st, 2018.
That makes approximately 7 months, 23 days from CC to get an appointment date.
We never know, it could take 3, 6, 7, 8 months.
Hope it will help to make your calculations
Regards,
Thanks we got cc in October hopefully we'll hear something soon 🙏🏼

January 2018 I130 filers that are in the Texas Service Center, they are getting approved left and right. I am so jealous. Why does Nebraska have to be so slow? What determines where are cases are sent? ughhhh My priority date for my husband is 01/12
January 2018 filer here....I know I'm so jealous of all the tsc January filers that are getting approved...what cases are being approved in nsc?

Fellow USC here, and I am genuinely confused why PRs have a shorter wait time...Can someone explain this?
That is confusing, I thought Citizens had a shorter waiting time?

Nebraska center and i dont have my case online yet, when i check my case status the site tells me that my receipt number doesn't exist. We called the USCIS and they told us it will be online after 40 days, now 50 days passed and nothing new happened. We called again and they told us they will reply in 5 days and they didnt call. What should I do?? My wife will give birth after one month and i will not be with her, what should I do? 😕😕😕
Nebraska center also...and we have the same problem. You should call again, I called USCIS a few days ago and got to speak with a tier 2 officer it seems like they have a problem in the website with the nebraska cases he also told me they are reviewing cases from may 2017 so we January people still got a long wait
-
what cases are being reviewed at the Nebraska center? I'm confused because I recently called USCIS and they told me Nebraska is reviewing cases from may 2017, visa journeys timelines say that they are in cases from July 2017...so who is correct...??

Is anyone still having trouble getting their case number recognized on the website? Mine is still saying "Case Number not Recognized", and I know that I should wait 45 days--unsure if business days or not--but it seems so odd that it's not recognizing...I mean they generated a case number!
ME, MINE IS STILL SAYING THE CASE IS NO RECOGNIZED, I THINK IT'S JUST US NEBRASKA PEOPLE

Good luck to you too! We can commiserate with similar PDs and Nebraska :'D Have you been keeping up with other Nebraska threads? So disheartening to be sent there :'/
Yes I have..and it is disheartening, and then I see that a lot of the jan filers are sent to Texas it makes me jealous
. I just feel bad for my kids...that it will take a long time for my husband to get here
are you able to check your status on the website?...mine comes up as invalid receipt number
